    Winter looked at this lion she had never seen before, "Hi I'm Winter, nice to meet you too." she stood up and smiled before laying down again. As the african sun started to set she decided she would hunt later in the night as she hadn't eaten in a while.

    Later that night, Scarecrow wandered the grasslands alone. He sighed, sitting down. Dad....mom.....i need you... The wind around him picked up in intensity, the clouds above forming shape.


    Scarecrow...


    Scarecrow stared at the sky. "Dad?"


    Scarecrow... A lion made of clouds appeared in the sky. He was burly, with a spikey flowing mane similar to Scarecrow's. My son, you are obviously troubled.


    "Dad? That really you?"


    Yes. I know the past has brought you sorrow marked on your skin. That doesn't mean that life doesnt have pleasure in store for you. You have Sara, and Zack has returned to your life.


    "That doesn't help much! I'm haunted by it wherever I go, whatever I do!"


    Learn from the memories. Don't let them consume you. You are my son, a lion of great strength both physically and mentally. I have always been proud of you. Remember who you are. Your pain has given you compassion and empathy for others if you would stop shoving them away. Let Zack in, let Winter in, they only wish to help.


    "How can they help!? They don't understand..."


    Because they don't know. Open your heart again, even though it bleeds. It longs for friends, for family, and to learn how to trust again. Give them a chance to prove that they won't scar you like so many have before.

    Winter laid onto the ground her tail flicking, she crept just above the ground, she saw her prey and bolted into a fast exhilarating run and pounced on her unbeknown prey....... Oops, when she had grabbed at its throat she had found out that it was Scarecrow. Luckily there was no claw digging and broken skin. "I'm so sorry Scarecrow, I-I thought you were a gazelle. You see I'm out hunting, how can I make it up to you? How about you can eat some of my catch?" she was so embarrassed and she looked at the ground in dismay.

    Sokka had been away for a long time he was close to the outlands, he looked behind him back the way he came but and turned around to face the way he came and padded up onto a rock and watched the grasslands around him nothing seemed to move just then behind him he heard a slight rusling and a lioness ran at him and then lept knovcking him off the rock she looked at him "I came for you" she bit at Sokka and he roared as her sharp teeth bit into his shoulder and she clawed his face then his eyes glowed red and he threw her off and he attack clawing and biting her after his eyes stopped glowing she was pretty beat up but so was her but moreso than her and he collapsed bleeding out, if he kept bleeding like this he would die,, many eyes were on them both some angry some shocked.

    Karu was panting standing over Sokka about to kill him but she whipped around to face Zack and she felt many horrified eyes on her one thing was said by all of thoes lions of the outlands "How could she ghave attacked Sokka our leader?" the lioness grumbled and roared at them "I AM YOUR LEADER NOW!" reluctant roars uprose from the shadows but then hushed when Sokka tried to get up he faced Karu his mane half covering his face "Karu back down now and I wont kill you" he said threatningly

    Behind Karu many lionessses cornered her but Karu whiped around claws unsheathed and she sliced their throats in rage and they colapsed dead Sokka growled and roared and many more lionesses lept at her pinning her down. Sokka walked up to her but turned "Go" he said to Kora and Zack "I don't want you to say a word about any thing you have seen or heard okay, I trust you"

    Winter was a well known warrior and wasn't going to stand for this. She was going for the kill. The snow leopard pounded towards the lion and dug her claws into her back leaving giant scratch marks, as she rolled the lioness on her back she grabbed at her exposed throat and bit down hard, while with her back legs she scratched at the lioness's stomach ripping it open.

    Sokka's eyes widened and he ran over and threw Winter off of Karu growling. Karu's eyes were wide in fear and blood dripped from her mouth as she panted for breath but she was wondering why Sokka had saved her.
