    The reason they sound so concerned is I have a cyber stalker who thinks he needs an apology because I blocked him. I blocked him because he was irritating as hell and was always bringing up inappropriate content. He said he could find me anywhere I went on the internet and when he did he would haunt me and my friends there until he got his apology.So instead of letting either of those happen I decided to quit.


    None of this matters anymore anyway. I'm NOT leaving after all. I have a plan, so no worries everybody.


    I'm sorry if I made anyone upset. Besides, HE wound up giving ME an apology. XD

    Anyway, there is no need to worry about anything anymore, and I even think my muse might be coming back so hopefully you guys will see me out there in the IC boards again.

    Here's what you do in my suggestion: avoid him anyway, don't EVER let someone control you like that. That's just horrible. I believe someone sent me a PM last night about it, and gave me his alias. He will be banned if he tries to join this place. If you EVER get any inappropriate PMs here, forward them to me.


    I will disclose something now that might help: Everyone's PMs exist on the server in plain text. I never look at them, but if I had reason to believe some nasty.......person.....was sending scary stuff, like a stalker or perv or whatever, I just might look into what they were doing for the safety of everyone here. Generally this sort of investigation would only come about if I got wind of someone sending something that threatens one or more of our members. I feel responsible for each and every one of your well being here. And I take any threat to anyone here on the site, very seriously.


    Note: I do not snoop, nor would I ever disclose anything found. But if someone here is manipulating someone by PM or trying to that is a serious offence especially since it involves a minor.


    If you are getting bullied or stalked on here {and I mean actively harassed} or anyone sends you something that makes you feel uncomfortable, and you probably know what I mean, just report it to an admin privatey. The person reported does not know they were reported. And if it is not an offence after all {after we look at it} then you won't get in trouble for making a mistake.

    It was on a different site Wynn, and I panicked when he said he could track me anywhere I went. But he's gone and here I stay.


    I'm saving your advice as a word document in case something like this ever happens again.

    Yeah I know it was on another site but you did mention he intended to track you to other sites you were on and that'd include here. See, when this happens, all you guys have to do is report anything like that to us especially me, not only would a stalker's every word show up on the server, post OR PM, but their host name is also logged as well when they sign up. Only admins can see it, but it's there and would aid us greatly if this person really did break the law which by the way he did if he's a stalker and a cyber bully which sounds like he is.


    My strong advice again is avoid this creep. He clearly has an unhealthy obsession with you which is NOT good, no matter what, even if he's apologising. He's crossed a line he can't uncross in my opinion.
