Live in jagged mountains that are a bleak uneven rough, grey, black, white sort of colors and textures. Has a single tree in the middle of the bleak mountain, the sky is usually a lonely cloudy grey and white. Once and a while there will be a smooth grey rock that is not sharp, has a a jagged rock that divides the pack from another neighbor pack.
Territory:
From the top of the mountain to a plains area where it cascades into a plain of flowing grass (ends at start of the meadow/plains).
Spiritual Activities:
Whenever there is famine or drought, the leader will gather the pack around the single tree and they howl a song. It is called: The Song of Life: (made it up)

When we howl the spirits will come and feed our souls with life

Another spiritual ceremony is, whenever a pup/cub is born with a twisted foot, no tail etc. The leader will stand on a rock, and tell the wolves with misfortune when they where born to stand in one place and others that are normal to stand in another. Then the leader tells them to join together as one group and press into each others fur and feel their souls rising as one.
Ranks:
Prey catcher- will catch prey and howl for the pack to feast on it when times of famine (the spiritual song is just for when they run out of this prey) and make another pile that their clan members can take one whenever they want. 3 needed or more
Guards- guard the territory and prey from any outsider or wild animal that tries to steal anything or is in territory. 4 needed or more
Leader- Guides the pack. Already taken
Spirit Wolf- Looks for any signs that is beyond my sight or anyone else that can sense things, and can read stars and tells pack about times of trouble if they see any. 1 needed
Pups/Cubs: Guided by mother. As many as want as long as you control your own mother too
