It was a shock to me too. He was only a third tier...and skipped right up to leader.
I made him popular and a hard worker. Somebody bitched at Nuka about "ruining" things. So he let everyone take a vote in each clan he led. He killed Carny which was sad because I didn't want him to do that. Carny and Rise had JUST bonded and shiz.
Anyways, many peeps thought Serp would take over. But Dja made Rise leader and he remained deputy. So Risen is the only leader and they are starting to be okay with it. :)
