Two gray moving vans pulled up to the blue, overly-decorated house. A young girl about seventeen jumped out of the large truck leading the vans and brushed her brown hair over her shoulder, the electric blue tips brushing down her back. As she scanned the cheerful green grass, she plucked a spall orange as black caterpillar from a jar in her hands and set it on a rosemary bush by the door. Go on. You might have more fun here than me, she thought to herself broodingly as it inched out of sight.
The new house they had bought was theirs now; that meant Dakoda had as much drawing space as she wanted. No rules against painting her room. It was obvious she was eager by the drawing that stained her skin up to her shoulder. She would be done decorating at least half of a wall, or so she estimated. Math wasn't really her thing unless it required her finding how much she could use her drawing skills.
Someone bumped her from behind, and her dad smiled sadly. He knew she wasn't happy about the move. Especially since the had missed the Pierce The Veil concert she had been dying to see.
"Cut it out, Dad," she grumbled, pulling her black "Mayday Parade" tanktop down farther. Sadness flickered in his eyes before he sighed and walked inside. Ever since her mother's death, she had been closed off to her father, and he hated it.
With a stubborn roll of her eyes, she grabbed a box and walked down the sidewalk to her new home.
PLOT
The basic is that this girl named Dakoda (A.K.A Koda or Kodi) moves to a new house at the beginning of summer break and she meets this guy and he starts liking her and she likes him back and she tries to push him away so she doesn't get hurt, and then he starts ignoring her and yeah. What happens after that happens, I guess. So, go posting!
By the way, here's Koda, but Koda has electric blue tips.
