the cat affected not to notice the bitter wind that rippled her fur. her matching light green eyes gazed out steadily into the light but endless curtain of snow, as if piercing the flurries. one ear flicked occasionally; otherwise the cat might have been carved from stone. then moonstar spoke from her lofty perch on the roof of her den.
"blizzardClan, gather below for a meeting!"
it was a bit sad as there were only a handful of cats. luckily mountainclan was considered an ally, because really, they would be wiped out by now.

rivercloud, over in the mountainclan's side of the land, was stretched out in the makeshift nursery. they had merely arrived a week ago, so building and fixing the camp and all that had to be done. cliffheart walked in, but not before shaking her brown pelt of snow.
"have some prey," she mewed, watching as she gratefully took a bite. no one asked about the father of these soon to be born kittens. oh starclan, her world was really messed up. it wasn't frostgaze, no.
"i must go." cliffheart left then and there.
(river was forced by a loner/rouge)

owl was hunched over, oblivious to the snow, thoughts a whirlwind. dewstar had not said anything about his acceptance in mountainclan just yet. that's all he could think about.

  • Blizzardstone and Eagletalon sat quietly beneath their leader.Eagletalon saw a Snowstar in her, just a piece.Blizzardstone watched her standing proud, though the clan was weak.

Sunstream yawned and walked his aching paws over to the two toms. His paws were blistered and raw.He couldn't get over the pain.

  • Lionsoul basked in the warmth the new territory gave him. Of course like before, they had leafbare and greenleaf, and leaffall and newleaf, so none of that changed by growing warmer or colder. Considering it was leafbare now, the massive golden turkish angora was a bit startled by how warm it was. Then again, newleaf was on its way. Blinking his bright icy blue eyes, the golden tom stretched out on his back, his stomach revealed. Despite the warmth he felt, there was still an icy wind strolling around, that made him shiver. Golden fur dazzling from the direct rays of the sun, he let himself go blank in thoughts, and allowed himself to just completely relax and have no cares in the world, besides his true love. Dewstar. The leader of MountainClan. At last, Lionsoul had a chance to admit his feelings to her. There was never a chance for him to admit that throughout the long journey BlizzardClan and MountainClan faced together. There was never time for that, because all the cats had to worry about taking care of each other, and themselves. Not admitting love and affection. Once again, the blue-eyed tom dismissed the thoughts, and basked carelessly in the camp centre. Ever so softly, his tail flicked the dusty ground, sending such a twee little cloud of itself up into the air, and then back down. A rather loud, rumbling purr sounded deep in Lionsoul's throat, as he chilled out.
