Do'rajirr purred, seeing that his intimidation had mad someone hostile. "Greetings" he meowed.

"What do you want?" Kal spat. This cat thought he was better then everybody else, but he wasn't. She'd show him.
-
"I don't want anything... Just stating my presence so others don't find me as hostile as you seemed to." Do'rajirr meowed. His fur was flat, not at all uncomfortable with this hostile cat.
-
The ashen tom turned his attention from the two cats whom had just made it through the line of Elite's to the black tom whom had just entered the orientation. His amber ringed gaze came to rest of the facial scar that stretched across the newcomer's face, blurring his features to create an intimidating presence. Cinereal's muted expression flickered with interest as the stranger approached Kal. She seemed to be spatting at him for no apparent reason. /The she-cat must be feeling over confident from her success, no doubt./ He thought quietly to himself, golden orbs still wavering curiously around the room.
-
"Everybody wants something." Kal sat, but kept her claws unsheathed. She didn't trust this tom. She licked her paw, flashing her long, curved ivory claws in his face.
-
Kal sighed. This black tom unnerved her, and she didn't know why.
-
Do'rajirr sat down his black pelt still not visible in the shadows. He meowed, "Well, is there something you want?"
-
"Yes. And I'm sure you do, too." Kal finished cleaning herself and curled her white tipped tail around her paws.
-
Do'rajirr waited for her to explain what she wanted. He golden eyes began to gleam, as is they were the only stars on the darkest night.
-
Kal sat for a moment. "I want to be a member of the Elite, just like every other recruit here. What do you want?" She stood and stretched.
-
"I don't know, I've been sitting here, watching the others fight, and no cat has offered me anything..." Do'rajirr sighed.
-
Kal sighed. This tom was being so unclear. She turned away and laid down, waiting for the questioning to begin.
-
Do'rajirr shrugged and continued to sit in the corner, where the shadows were at their darkest.
-
Kal licked her wound. When would the questioning begin?
-
Kal turned to look at the black tom. "Say, why are you even here?" She furrowed her non existent eyebrows.
-
"A peculiar thought lead me here..." Do'rajirr meowed.
-
Kal sat up. She loved a good story. "What was the thought?"

-
"Well, when I was a kit, I kept having dreams about this mansion in the middle of a pine forest. As soon as I heard about this place, I came to it immediately. They told me that they were accepting new recruits, and then a thought occurred to me, more like a voice of conscience: The paws of thy brothers, await... ." Do'rajirr meowed. "Now I'm here..."
-
"So you're a recruit?" Kal mewled. She wrapped her tail around her paws and gazed at the tom.

[font=georgia]The arrival of a very large snake was unheard. The black mamba shifted the shadows, it's thick body muted against the floor. He let out a greeting hiss, not wanting to scare cats - and maybe other animals - away, which he knew he could do very easily.Lenox, one of the two names the snake went by, coiled himself up neatly at the end of the line where he hoped someone would venture to socialize with him.
