Starting Out:
~Name: Tarrin
~Gender: Female
~Age: She looks to be about 16, but she's actually 999 years old - very, very nearly 1,000.
~Appearance (hair, height, clothes, mutant parts, wings, etc.): Tarrin is a pretty girl, with big, bright green eyes and square face with small features. Her tan skin has a light sprinkle of freckles across the face and the bridge of her button nose, which seem to be more apparent when she's in the sun. Tarrin is about 5'7 - tall and thin. She's curvy, yet very petite. The most noticeable feature about her is her long, light brown hair. She usually keeps it in a thick, messy braid that almost reaches her knees, with hair falling out askew from her flights and general lack of caring about her hair. When out of a braid, her soft, fine hair falls to her ankles. Tarrin wears dark khaki shorts with cuffs, and a cream baggy tank top with a rope belt tied around the middle. She never ever wears shoes, as she prefers to stay as connected to the earth as she can. Around her ankle is a beaded anklet.
~DNA: Unknown

Keep it to 2-4 unless you have special permission) She can talk to plants, animals, clouds, stars - anything nature, really, and interact with them in ways humans can't, like helping them grow, or if she concentrates, she can control the plants (though she'll probably pass out afterwards from exertion). She can also sometimes fly (only sometimes though), because of a very minor telekinetic power that works only on herself on and off. She also has some very, very minor healing properties.

Going Deeper...

~Personality: Tarrin is a cheerful, considerate girl who always puts others before herself. She can seem a bit childish at times and gets excited really easily. Her excitement and happiness is somewhat catching, and she's very good at cheering people up or reassuring them. Tarrin possess a great sense of curiosity and wonder - she sees the greatest beauty and awe in even the simple things in life. Tarrin tends to view things differently from most people. She's an optimist with an interesting eye for detail - she slows down to observe and notice small things that others might miss. She doesn't like having others worry about her very much, so she usually keeps her feelings hid behind a happy smile that stretches from ear to ear. Tarrin is a social butterfly and loves friends, however she is actually rather lonely. This is because Tarrin is a rather peculiar case. She was sent back to the past (see history) which leads her existence to fluctuate, since she technically shouldn't exist yet. Some days, she doesn't seem to exist to people - they'll walk through her, not hear or see her, etc. This leads her to be alone, excluding her plants. Her powers waver as well - usually, she can fly, at great speeds, thus allowing her to travel the world quickly as somewhat of a nanny, or mother over plants and creation - although she's more like a best friend or big sister to them. Even the moon doesn't know why she exists - she's a blip in the universe, an impossible person who simply shouldn't be. People know the term 'Mother Nature', but they don't view it as an actual being, like they do Santa or the Tooth Fairy. They consider it more of a term than anything else, which means people don't really believe in Tarrin, who's been around for centuries longer than most other guardians even, just watching the world and helping it grow. Plants can grow fine on their own, but Tarrin still assists and encourages, simply because it helps them thrive better, AND she doesn't really have anything else to fill her time with.
Tarrin feels a strong connection with all of nature - weather and animals included - although her power only extends over the plant area of earth and nature. Still, she has great appreciation for all three of those things, and animals are quite a bit less cautious around her than others, because they can sense her connection with nature. Tarrin is quite determined and dutiful, knowing each and every plant by name, sharing gossip and advice, chatting amongst the greens, or waking up the flowers each morning.
~Likes: Anything related to nature, running, all weather, 'cute things' (which is... LOTS of things. Besides the things normally considered cute, she considers lots of rather odd things to be 'cute'.)
~Dislikes: Things that destroy or hurt nature, cities, construction, mean people, people who need to grow up (because, in her mind, there is a time and place for fun, and sometimes being mature is necessary too, so if one is ALWAYS childish, it's bad and they need to mature.)
~History (Optional): Way, way, way, way, way into the future, Tarrin was created by the School. Like Kurai and Shaz, she can't grow older, and was actually created at the age of '16'. She hadn't even awoken yet, and was only about a week old (she still looked 16 though, she always looked 16, and her mental state is still much of a 16 year old's) and wasn't entirely finished yet (thus the faulty telekinesis), when military started bombing School's around the world to get rid of them (like I said, WAYYY into the future). One scientist used the time travel machine (something that was still a WIP) in hopes that he could at least save one creation. Tarrin got sent way back into a past, a little over 999 years from our present time.
Tarrin woke up in a forest, having no recollection of anything - who she was, where she came from, or anything. To her, it was just like, boop, woke up, her first day of life ever. Then her long journey through the slow path of time started.
Sometimes, she gets really weak, or passes out, which is the effects from the not-completed time travel and being in a time where she doesn't exist. (Think the kid's picture of him and his family in Back to the Future, how they started to fade away. 'Cept she won't disappear, it's more she's just not always all there.)
The School of present doesn't really know of her existence - but if they did, you can be sure they'd be very intrigued.

Starting Out:
~Name: Nyx
~Gender: Male
~Age: 18
~Appearance (hair, height, clothes, mutant parts, wings, etc.): Nyx has longish, spiky, silky jet black hair that's often in his face, with a few strands of white, which has always been there, for reasons unknown. Under his right eye is a barcode tattooed - something the School gave him. His features are sharp and mysterious, with unnatural, icy blue eyes that almost seem to glow. His skin is pale and smooth, and he usually wears fingerless leather gloves of some sort with black painted nails, and lots of black leather - trench coat, vest, which is cut to show strips of skin, especially his lower abdomen, and black leather pants as well. He wears several necklaces - crosses and skulls, intricately mixed with vines and roses, all made from silver. He has ear piercings as well. Everything about him screams trouble, and danger, yet there's something gracefully sexy and seductive about him - he catches attention, it's hard to look away or walk away - somewhat like watching a car accident take place. His appearance draws you in, just like his personality. To add to the effect, he has a pair of black butterfly wings, with small patches of shimmering blue near the bottom, glossy and fragile looking which seems to counter his appearance - but surprisingly strong.

It's a bit hard to explain, but he can entrance people, make them do things against their will - yet it's not entirely against their will, because he makes them want to do it, need to do it. He can use people's fears against them and such. People tend to lose themselves in his presence.

Going Deeper...

~Personality: Nyx is mysterious, a puzzle. No one can quite figure him out, or what he wants. Technically, he works for the School, but he's more of an anti-hero. He does what he wants or whatever will benefit him most at the time - thus he's not completely bad nor good. He's seductive and enchanting, and kind of makes people want to figure him out. He can seem aloof, angst, mischievous, or bored, depending on the moment, which almost makes him seem bipolar; you never really know what you're going to get with him. He might pin you against the wall and and mesmerize you, he might yell or lash out at you, he might act coldly towards you, he might be gentle (which is a bit more rare than the other times), he might seem sad and lonely. He's... just complex.
~Likes: Toying with people (like a cat, when the School gives him a mission, he'll play with his victims before completing the mission, or sometimes he might grow bored and stop the mission entirely before he's done), freedom (he mostly only stays with the School because he owes them - they saved his life, and Nyx doesn't like owing people), getting reactions from people, chaos (his mind is kind of chaos from the experiments, so making chaos helps to drown himself in a louder chaos, which is also why he likes...), loud, hard music
~Dislikes: Lots of things... often depending on the moment. Although he hates when people sacrifice themselves or throw themselves into danger, thanks to his past.
~History (Optional): Nyx grew to be friends with the daughter of the scientist who was the head of the division Nyx was in. The girl, Anna, was a little younger than him, kind and gentle, treating him like a person instead of an experiment. He fell in love with her and the two best friends hung out around the School a lot. However, something went wrong, and over half the experiments on Nyx's floor went rabid. The order was to kill everyone on that floor, as the symptoms didn't necessarily manifest right away and they didn't want it spreading. Erasers were sent in. Anna and Nyx both happened to be there, and Nyx grabbed her hand and they both began to run. The emergency lock-down was already in action though, so the elevator door would only stay open and close as long as someone was pressing the emergency open button and the emergency close button, both of which were on a panel too far from the door to press and make a dash for it, or press while being inside the elevator.
Nyx planned to make Anna go inside while he pressed the button, effectively saving her but killing himself, however Anna shoved towards the door, and before he could right himself, she'd pressed the button, the door had open and the glass shield (which lowered during lockdowns) had opened and he'd fallen inside. The Erasers approached, and Anna pressed the close button immediately closing the glass shield over the inside of the door, so Nyx could only watch as the door slowly closed, could only watch as an Eraser stabbed Anna, could only watch as she smiled at him weakly before her finger slipped from the button and the doors closed and the elevator rose.
~Other: So that's why he can be really protective over girls particularly, especially if they remind him of Anna, and also why he gets mad when people put themselves in danger to help others. It reminds him too much of what happened.

Starting Out:
~Name: Cameo
~Gender: Male

~Appearance (hair, height, clothes, mutant parts, wings, etc.): Oh man, where do I start? XD Cameo is kind of an odd looking guy. Standing at 5'7, he's a bit on the shorter side for a guy, and super scrawny, with a build that could be described as slinky. He's really bony and unnaturally thin, and his skin is unnaturally pale as well, not quite as bad as Crystal, but close, what is considered porcelain skin. Cameo has strange features too, with scary looking eyes that are tilted up, large, and pointed on the end, with lines under his eyes. His pupils are odd and slitted somewhat like a cat's, but what can only be described as 'abnormal, even for a feline'. His eyes are a dark blue bordering on purple that occasionally have some green in them, and change a little on different days, much like hazel eyes would. His nose is small and sharpish, especially for a guy's, and his eyebrows are even strange, being kind of horizontally short. He usually wears smile that seems to curl on his lips, with an obvious snaggle tooth. His hair is long, straight, and shaggy, so pale blonde it's almost white. His particularly choppy long bangs flop over his right eye, and there are two streaks of dark purple going down his bangs. One of the most noticeable things about Cameo, you know, besides his freaky eye, or... all of him actually, is that something happened to his right eye, the one under his bangs. Thanks to an accident, sulfuric acid burned his eye, leaving a terrible burn scar right were his eye is. He can still see out of that eye, but barely, and it's horribly sensitive to light. That's one reason why he wears a dark red bandana-cloth thing tied around his head, over his eye, knotted in the back, to block the light from his eye. The other reason is because he hates his scar and can't stand the look of it.
Cameo always wears a black titanium necklace with has a V inside a circle. If anyone asks what it stands for (which, because he cherishes it so, people do A LOT), he says with no hesitation something starting with V, usually humourous or weird, occasionally with a fake reason as to why. He never uses the same response, and never actually gives a real answer. For example: Vegetable, violin, vivisection - it's my hobby, vodka - my favourite drink, etc. But there's actually a reason behind this necklace he never takes off, and something the V actually stands for. (see history)
On to clothes. He wears these weird super dark green trousers that are baggy and tight at the same time. The top is baggy for movement, but the part around the legs are like skinny jeans.

His are more denim-like though, and and have belt loops around the top like normal jeans would have. One pant leg (the right one) is always pushed up to just below his knee, and the other pant leg (the left one) has a strip of red tape wrapped around the mid-calf. Attached to the belt loops is a wallet chain, like these things:

However, his is not an actual chain, and it doesn't attach from belt loop to wallet, it goes from belt loop to belt loop. His is a medium thin rope, like so...

But black.
Cameo has a pale grey loose tank top, and the straps are always hanging off his shoulders inside of being pulled up where they should be. On top of that is another tank top, a white one with the straps where they belong, with a big black X design on it and one big middle pocket on the abdomen. He never ever wears a jacket or sweatshirt, no matter the weather. Often, he keeps his hands in the tank top pockets.
For shoes, he wears normal, black, high top converse on the left leg with the tape, and one the right one with the pushed up pant leg, he wears one of the black, knee high converse.

He wears no socks as well.
He changes frequently though, when he has the resources for other clothes, and all his outfits are as strange as this one. Cameo always carries an MP3 player and headphones, plus his PSP. Always.
