  • My apologies for interrupting again, but I think I know what she means.
Here is your code without brackets:

    (FANCYPOST bgcolor= #9A2EFE bordercolor= #642EFE color=white size=24pt)

    (FANCYPOST bgcolor= #642EFE bordercolor= #9A2EFE color=white size= 24pt)

    (/color)(/size) (/fancypost)

    (/color)(/size) (/fancypost)

You can delete the red part and you will have:

    (FANCYPOST bgcolor= #9A2EFE bordercolor= #642EFE color= white size= 24pt)

    (FANCYPOST bgcolor= #642EFE bordercolor= #9A2EFE color=white size= 24pt)
    (/fancypost)

And it will look like this when it is complete:

    [FANCYPOST bgcolor= #9A2EFE bordercolor= #642EFE color= white size= 24pt]

    [FANCYPOST bgcolor= #642EFE bordercolor= #9A2EFE color=white size= 24pt]
    [/fancypost]

  • Oh, hehe, yes- Thank you Dawnder! :)

Fantasy (Took me a sec to figure out the name change x3)- That's great! Just make sure to keep the second /fancypost. You can use height and width to make sure the inner fancypost fits inside of the outer one... :)

It's tough to get the hang of, so if you need anything cleared, please say so! You can put as many fancyposts as you want inside other fancyposts... just make sure you get the ordering right; that's often the hardest part ;)

Also, I believe we have some observers :) If anyone would like tutoring, go ahead and ask ^^

  • How do you add border, and width? Or, is it in the same place as the other fancyposts?

    We're being stalked watched?! xD

  • Thanks :)

So for example... (two you did when experimenting with width and height) :

    [FANCYPOST bgcolor=#FF00BF bordercolor= ; border: dashed 5px #FF0040; border-radius: 50px; height: 450px; width: 450px; padding: 10 px; overflow: auto]like this?

    [FANCYPOST bgcolor=#CC2EFA bordercolor= ; border: dashed 5px #00BFFF; border-radius: 60px; height: 400px; width: 400px; overflow: auto]

Alrighty! I tried this one as well!

    [/fancypost]

    [/fancypost]

((Here you'll see what I meant about keeping things in order being harder to follow! xD))

What goes in the first (outer) fancypost is in yellow.
What goes in the second (inner) fancypost is in violet.

So above you have the specifications for the first fancypost.
Below, you have the text that goes in the first fancypost, above the second fancypost.
Next, the specifications for the second fancypost.
Followed by text for the second fancypost
Then you close the second fancypost.

Now, text that goes in the first fancypost below the second fancypost.
    Last, close the first fancypost.

Ohjeez, So... Ah... What do you think... following? :)

  • [FANCYPOST bgcolor=#FF4000 bordercolor= ; border: dotted 3px #FF0040; border-radius: 60px; height: 400px; width: 400px; padding: 10 px; overflow: auto]

    YES, OF COURSE!

    [FANCYPOST bgcolor=#00FFFF bordercolor= ; border: dotted 7px #FF4000; border-radius: 45px; height: 350px; width: 350px; overflow: auto]

This was very random colors, and, or, numbers...

  • :o That fancypost looks awesome! :D :D

Alright... then if we're ready to move on (please say so if not ;D), then let's try putting three or four fancyposts inside the same big one... like those long clan fancyposts C:

  • Could we do... One more scenario? Sorry, I just want a bit more practice before we move along.

  • Absolutely! :)
    So...

A little black kitten walks through the forest one day. He's a magical little kitty who's fascinated about twolegs. One day, working his incredible kitty magic, he teleports himself onto a twoleg chair inside a twoleg den. This chair sits in front of a computer. Getting curious about the mouse, the special magical little kitty navigates to warriorcatsrpg, com. There, he sees a wonder he's never before seen! Horrified to have been deprived for so long, the little black kitten resolves that he must get one right away...

    Black title
    Black double borders
    Blue text
Fancypost with scrollie inside another fancypost without scrollie
    Rounded corners
    Different border-widths

  • [FANCYPOST bgcolor= #FF0000 bordercolor= ; border: dashed 4px #00FFFF; border-radius: 50px; height: 400px; width: 400px; padding: 10 px; overflow: auto]

Would this fit your kitten? (:

    [FANCYPOST bgcolor=#0000FF bordercolor= ; border: dotted 6px #FFFF00; border-radius: 40px; height: 350px; width: 350px; overflow: auto]
