loner kit wants to join windclan (open!)

"Yep!" Berrykit purred and sat next to Amberclaw at the entrance. "What are you looking at?" Berrykit said, seeing her expression. She eagerly peered outside, trying to find it.

Amberclaw came back to the present."Nothing important, Berrykit." she meowed quietly, smiling at her.

"Is it that leaf?" Berrykit mewed triumphantly, not even hearing what she said. "I'll go get it!" The young kit was gone in an instant, racing outside.

Amberclaw sat still, watching Berrykit in silence.

Berrykit boldly ran into the camp. She was determined to get that new leaf as a gift. She finally caught it but jumping on it. Seizing it in her teeth, she headed back.

Amberclaw watched Berrykit, but felt a sudden chill. She looked past Berrykit, and saw the cat again, but this time, realized she could slightly see through him."Berrykit!" she called urgently."Come back!"

Sensing the urgency in her new momma's voice, Berrykit dropped the leaf. "What's wrong!" She yowled, fur sticking up, frozen in fear. She looked left and right frantically, but not behind her. She started to scamper back.

Cinderpelt walked towards Berrykit, he hadn't seen the cat, and grabbed her by the scruff. "What's wrong? Why so scared?" the tom meowed softly as he brought her back to the nursery. He put her down next to Amberclaw and sat down. "Why the commotion?"

Berrykit struggled slightly, but relaxed as she recognized Cinderpelt's voice. "Oh, it's just you!" She laughed, her voice still slightly shaky.

Cinderpelt smiled. "Yes, it's me. But I don't think that's why your mother seemed so scared..." he meowed as he turned back to Amberclaw, worried.

Amberclaw looked out of the den, and saw Tigerstar standing there, watching them. She looked back at Cherrykit and Cinderpelt."T-Tigerstar's out there." she meowed in a scared tone of voice.

"Who is THAT?" Berrykit yowled, still scared. She peeked outside to see if this 'Tigerstar' was still there.

Tigerstar stood in the middle of the clearing, staring at Cherrykit. He flashed his pearly fangs in what he pretended was a smile.

Berrykit started to step out of the Nursery. He doesn't look mean. she thought, soon standing outside of the den.

Tigerstar kept smiling, motioning Cherrykit closer with his tail.

Amberclaw watched Cherrykit, fear in her eyes."Cherrykit!" she meowed urgently again."Come back here!"

Berrykit stepped forward, hypnotised by Tigerstar. She didn't hear Amberclaw at all.

Tigerstar grinned triumphantly, knowing Cherrykit couldn't hear Amberclaw. He kept motioning with his tail for her to come to him.

Berrykit kept walking slowly, she was about half of the way to Tigerstar. She stumbled over her paws once, but recovered and kept going.

"Forget it!" the red tom jumped outside, grabbed the kit by the scruff and pulled her away, back into the nursery. "Keep their heads in your fur", he growled to Amberclaw as he turned back outside. "What do you want?" he growled, standing in front of the three cats.

Berrykit mewed in fear, slightly dazed. She ducked down into her fur, listening carefully.
