Scarlettdust's eyes grew wide, "Me?!" she barely whispered to herself. She cleared her throat and spoke a littler louder, "Um, excuse me Stormclaw? But I don't think I'm fit for walking to the mountains..." she looked down at her leg as she said this blushing a little with embarassment, "I, uh, got a little wounded during the badger attack, I'll probably manage, just thought you should know just in case it should be looked at before we go."

"Don't you fret ScarletDust. Every cat going on this journey will be looked at for injuries. Your leg will be better at a moments notice. For all the cats going on this adventure with me, I advise you eat traveling herbs before you set off into the bitter winds. We will face dangers. Snow, Ice, predators will step foot in front of our path. But we won't let that set us off course. We will get the herbs and cure the clan into begin pure again!" He yowled among the cats, hoping to get them excited. "Also, I would like to speak to the two to make out a plan after we have the burial for the other two." He called, directing his voice to the two cats sitting together.

The orange tabby suddenly felt jealousy, especially after Scarlettdust spoke with humility. Or maybe just fear. The she-cat quickly turned her yellowish eyes towards her paws, hiding the envy of an adventurous opportunity passing by her.[/justify][/fancypost]

"Alright, I think that wraps it up. I will hold the ceremonies after I get done conversing with PearlStar. Questions are welcomed along with suggestions. As for the two other cats joining me, I suggest you head to SoaringPaws den to see what she can do to prepare you." He looked around at the fidgeting cats and decided to set them free. "Alright, I declare the clan meeting of JewelClan over." StormClaw gave a half smile before he hopped down the large mound and slowly padded to PealStar's den, looking around to see if anyone needed him.

Scarlettdust nodded and limped over to Soaringpaw's den. Once she got there, she saw the apprentice getting the herbs for the journey ready, "Hey Soaringpaw." she sat down on one of the nests on the floor, "You probably know about my leg.... right?" she blushed in the process, she thought it was quite embarrassing that she let her leg get wounded like that.

Quickly the orange she-cat stood up and headed towards the soft call, soon realizing it was Rockpaw, a fellow apprentice of JewelClan. She flicked her tail up in the air as a greeting while she walked over, and replied. "Yes?" She whispered curiously.[/justify][/fancypost]

Dipping his head, Scorchscar gazed quietly at his paws, flattening his ears against his head.

"Yes I do. This prophecy is important and I will try to get Stormclaw to hold it off until you are ready. Let me put some herbs on it," she mewed and went off with good energy and a bad leg to go get her some herbs for her leg.

The orange tabby purred, a mischievous grin appearing across her maw. Whether she was meant to go or not, at least she had a friend to go along with her. "So, when are they- or we leaving?" "Of course." He called back in a hushed tone, careful not to disturb her. He gave a half smile as he padded up the rest of the way. "I think It did, Thank you. I need your guidance. I don't think we will be able to make the journey with ScarlettDust's leg like that. We may have to wait but I really don't want to take the chances for have another cat dead because of it. If I could do something about saving the cats I would. What do you think? Should we go on the trip, slowly make progress with her. I do have medicine cat experience and could tend to her leg every other day. Or do you think we should stay and we could move a little faster? " He sat down and neatly tucked his tail around him as he tilted his gaze to the ground, waiting for an answer.

As he waited for an answer from PearlStar little Pawsteps reached her now perked ears. "Yes, SoaringPaw?" He asked quietly, not even turning around. He figured it was the young medicine cat by her scent. StormClaw slowly turned his head to rest his burning yellow gaze upon SoaringPaw, eager to know what was on her mind.

"Thank you SoaringPaw. But you see, I don't know what I should do. Each has there advantages and disadvantages but, which is better? I was just discussing this with PearlStar before your company came. I want to know what's better for the clan, not just one cat. I know I'm sounding fox-hearted right now but I think that's what would be best." He sighed and stood up, pacing back and forth.
