    Aki then hammered one with Poison Release: Toxic Rain. On a few bandits close together, green toxic rain pummeled them, melting the flesh right off their bones.

    (ROFL! Deader than dead. Deadiest perhaps XD XD)



    Mizuna jumped out of the way a Kunai whizzed past her head from a attacker in the trees. She had to ignore the splatter of blood from the bullet wound, closing her eyes tight for a moment. She didn't know that many jutsu's so she had to rely on hand to hand combat. She deflected a kunai with one of her own, which she managed. She sent out some shadow clones to try and locate the hidden attacker.

    (I have an fanchar that's actually an alternate-reality Kakashi who believes that there's no such thing as overkill, and that hte more dakka, the better. I'm tempted to bring him in, he's a right riot of gambling biker fun with more guns than you'd see in an armory.)


    Aki then nailed one attacker with Raikiri, a jutsu she picked up from her father.

    "How many more of them are there?" Bauduin said, a Naginata deflected with a basic step back, Bauduin kicking the polearm and cutting the man's arm off. He was constantly backing up, having abandoned his backpack for greater speed, giving as much way for his opponents to step forward.


    His sword work was sloppy though, the growing red spot on his dominent shoulder a testimate to that.

    Mizuna's shadow clone finished it's work in the woods, having taken out the bandit there and then releasing her technique. She kicked a attacker in the chin, knocking him out along with a thrust in the gut. While occupied another knocked her off balance and pinned her down on the ground, his knee on her back. She quickly knocked him off and returned the force, knocking him to the ground, Mizuna knocked him out with a hit to the head. She couldn't really bring herself to kill.

    Aki then did the same shrunken-head deal on the last bandit. "Well, that was fun." She snickered, eyeing the two bandits with shrunken heads.

    "Indeed" Bauduin said dryly, already bringing up his coat jacket to dab at the cut with an alcohol swab, cleaning and dressing the wound with practice. "Let us hope this is the only fun we have while on the way".


    He picked up his pistol, holstering it as soon as he reloaded it.

    "Perhaps for you, who can shoot lightning out of your hands" he said, cleaning his sword with a towel before sheething it. "But i have to fight with Fire and Sword, i am more likely to be killed during these proceedings."

    "Uhm...it's not shooting lightning, it's electrifying my hand so I can stab someone through the heart with my arm. Anyways, fire is good, swords are good. You just need training."

    Mizuna nods, a little spacious, she had a cut on her right arm, but she was left handed so it didn't immobilize her, she also got a good hit in the gut, but for the most part was fine. She glanced at the sky, which was turning a deep red indicating the rough time.

    Bauduin sighs in relief. "Now at least we know that the roads are infested" He said, looking around as he jammed another shot into his musket. "Perhaps we should take the night off to let the more unsavory elements pass?"

    Mizuna shrugged, treating her wound absently. "I'm fine with what ever," she said.



    (Oh dear... of all the Naruto comics to read I stumbled across the most perverted >.<)

    Aki sighed heavily. "One thing, stop using such big words. Second thing, it's not even dark yet."

    "My apologies" Bauduin says, clenching his teeth to trap the retort. "Then let us be off. I would hope these men aren't accompanied by more of their kind"


    "Of all the teammates i get" He says to himself. "I get an illiterate and a target. Such wonders this world holds"

    (Should I say yes? XD No, go ahead :D)




    Mizuna shifted her wight between her feet, not wanting to sit still. She awaited for the rest of the group to keep walking.

    Eclipse hissed at Bauduin. I heard that you jerk! Aki's not illiterate! He spat in Bauduin's head, growling.
