    "I will do anything if you hide my kit! PLEASE!"

    " The elite... " Gleam spat the name. She had always hated them. They had killed one of her own kits, a tom-kit by the name of Slash. Gleam slinked down from the hayloft and stood in front of the she-cat " Calm down. Give me the kit. It may seem hard to accept but we can't fend off the elite but give me the kit and run they will believe you still have it. If they catch you they assume you dropped it and most likely give up searching for it quickly, content it will perish quickly while it is safe here. If you get away you can always came back for it. You can trust me. " she reassured.

    She fainted at the sound of an unknown cat taking her kit. " Ugh.." She groaned.

    Gleam continued to gaze at her, unflinching. " Listen I promise you can trust me. I lost one of my kits to the elite. I'm trying to help you." She insisted.

    She stirred. "Fangkit is my last kit. The others were killed by... " the she-cat flinched."THEM. Keep him safe." The cat licked fangkit and he nuzzled her sweetly. " bye."

    Gleam nodded. " I will. " She promised taking Fangkit, gently by the scruff. Hearing the elite approach she nodded and quickly dashed off, clambering back into the hayloft. Putting the kit down in front of her she made soothing hushing noises when the kit mewled. She hoped the kits mother would be alright. She hoped the elite won't notice where she had scurried off too, if they came looking.

    The shaky, delicate form of a loner called Amulet made her way into the barn. She froze as voices reached her ears. Oh no! Cats were here! What if they were viciius cats...? She gulped, and whimpered. "[size=6pt]W-who's there...?[/size]"

    IC: Gleam sat quietly, watching over the tom-kit. Distantly she heard the cry of another cat but she didn't dare venture down from her hiding spot. After all if she did she'd have to bring the kit with her and logically probably be caught. Or she could leave the kit here unprotected. None of which was going to happen.

    A young, bloody,she-cat walked into the barn.as she spotted gleam, she started to talk." I've come for fangkit." She said. Behind her sat a bloody cat with an unconscious kit.

    "My friend and I escaped and found my other kit,redkit."

    As the two cats saw Amulet they started hissing. "WHO ARE YOU! GET AWAY FROM MY KITS!"

    Gleam nodded slowly... Very slowly. " Calm down... She's just some wandering loner. She isn't one of them. " Gleam told the she-cat, lifting Fangkit and passing the kitten back to his mother.

    " And for the matter Gleam if what they call me. " The pearly white pelted she-cat spoke firmly, trying to take the focus away from this Amulet. She clearly didn't want an awful lot negative attention, or any other form of attention for that matter.
