    Butterfly screeched back at Iride and dove at her head. Iride didn't have time to get away. She had already turned her back on Butterfly and was knocked out of her formation. "Iride!" Sam yelled and reached for his injured dragon. He saw that her eyes were bleeding badly before she wrapped him in her wings. She threw him into the air, and flipped back. She was now flying normal now as Sam landed on her back. She now couldn't see anything barely and almost missed Sam's house. She landed awkwardly and flopped on her side after Sam got off. "Good girl. Rest until you're better..." Tears formed in his eyes as he saw it was more than her eyes. It was her whole head. Butterfly had ripped her head badly and she really needed help. "Oh, Iride..." He whispered sadly and pressed his face into her shoulder. "I'm so sorry..."

    Dusk flew in the room. "Some on needs some anger management..." he turned into a human.

    Rico looked at his dragon. He leaned down and Blizzard landed gently beside them.


    Dusk sat down.

    "Oh, Iride. You'll be fine..." Sam whispered and looked at Rico. "Yeah..." He said sadly. "Iride is hurt. I only have four dragons. One is old and ready to die. I'm afraid out of anger and confusion it attacked her. But..." He just couldn't continue. He had had Iride eversince his mother gave him to her when she was a new born hatchling.

    Rico nodded. "I know, that's like me losing Mia."

    Sam nodded then saw another figure falling out of the sky. It seemed limp and lifeless. "Butterfly..." He whispered sadly. "She's dead..."

    Ale walked downstairs carrying her dagger we father gave her, it was his when he was still alive she had his necklace she put the dagger in her belt and walked I Sam and saw butterfly and iride and gasps "what happened?" She whispered

    "I'm going to learn to be a rider soon." Rico said. "I just hatched my pearl dragon." he lifted up the baby dragon. He looked at Iride. "She is strong." he said and crouched beside her.

    Sam just felt worse. "Now I'm down to two fit dragons..." He said. A huge Tsunami Wyvern landed next to him. "Hi, Blue." He said and threw a fish from a pail into Blue's mouth. He then looked at Ale. "Butterfly died when Iride was attacked by her. Butterfly was just old. It was her time to die but Iride? I just feel terrible."
