    Sam blushed. "Urr, yeah." He stuttered. "Iride, UP!" Immeditely, Iride flew into the sky quickly. She wailed happily and flew higher and higher.

    Blizzard flew into the air with no rider. She was fell trained. She flew as fast as she could. She was a Frost Dragon, so her wings were paper thin, making her faster and making it easier to turn sharp corners.


    Dusk flew around.

    Dusk got back to class.


    Rico tapped his foot. He wanted to get back home, he had a dragon egg. A Pearl Dragon egg. It would hatch today.

    Autumn blew the eraser shavings away and smiled at her work. She had just created a baby snow leopard ready to pounce on a leaf. Cute enough? She thought.


    Iride extened her wings and slowed down. By now, they were above the clouds. "Beautiful, isn't it?" Sam said. He glanced back over at Alex to see if she was ok. He gave her a quick smile before turning back to the front.

    Rico couldnt get out of there faster. He got on is dragon and flew home. He ran down to the basement. His dragon egg was in a display case. He watched it closely.


    Dusk flew to his sister. "Okay, lovey dovey moment over, lets go." he said


    Mirah grabbed her ferret and walked out.

    Dusk flew home.


    Rico watched the egg. It suddenly started to shake. It trembled more until a tiny head poked out of the egg. The Peal Dragon got out of the egg and opened it's tiny wings. Rico widened his eyes. Nothing was more spectacular than watching a dragon hatching. Rico picked up the dragon, it was beautiful.

    Autumn packed up her stuff. She couldn't help but to keep smiling about her drawing that she had just completed.


    Sam sighed. "Yup. This is probably the best time of my life..." He said quietly. "Anyway, we should be getting back to class." Aride growled in protest. She could understand some words Sam spoke, but not many. She had heard those words time after time and began to decend back to the ground slowly. "So...see you later sometime?"

    The dragon screeched it's hello.


    Rico smiled. He knew he wanted to become a master dragon rider. This was is start.

    "Class is over and yeah see ya tomorrow" all ex said a by sad that she had to leave she waved goodbye and walked off amber following her she shifted into rainbow dash into a pearl dragon and flew to her house

    Rico smiled at his dragon. She's mine... Blizzard was originally his cousin;s. He stroked his dragon. She was amazing. "Now.. what to name you....." he said. "Mia." he decided happily. The dragon let out a small screech in agreement.

    Sam looked at Iride. "Good girl." He said in dragon. Iride growled happily. She liked it when Sam said nice things to her. "Let's get home." He said and they flew into the air. In the middle of their flight, Iride flipped upside down, barely avoiding another dragon that almost hit them. She snarled feriously and began to fly faster. Sam almost lost his grip on Iride as she did her trick. "Woe, Iride!" He saw a Blusang Lindwurm from the corner of his eye and noticed it was another one of his dragons. Looks like Butterfly and Iride are rivals now... He thought.

    Rico stroked Mia and fed her slowly. Everything he did everyone else did better. Now, he found something that no one could replace. He watched TV and stroked his dragon. He would be a rider.
