Summer finally found her locker. She checked the sheet of paper she wrote her combination on and began to unlock it.

Autumn shut her locker. She glanced around for someone to talk to but voted against it. She liked to make friends, but this time it just felt different.

Sam blushed. Come on, say something! He thought willingly. "Y-you heard my thoughts? Did I say both of those outloud?"

Summer unlocked her locker and placed her books in there. She grabbed only two: One book for class and a book she was reading. The cover of her book was velvet and red. Sure, people think cats are color blind. WRONG!

Sam smiled slightly. She is cute... He thought. My dragon wouldn't like this! He began to walk to his class. He just couldn't get Alex out of his mind!

IC: Mirah, a shapeshifter walked through the halls. She was an archer and had great agility. She had many daggers, one in her shoe, a few along her waist, and one in a pocket by her ankle. Raina, a ferret crawled up to her shoulder. She was her only friend as a child. She hid her in her hood. She had many hidden weapons.

Autumn smiled at Mirah as she passed her in the hall.

Rico walked through the halls. He was secretive and never told anyone what he was capable of doing. He wore an arrowhead necklace. He had black hair and freckles. He too studied dragons. He was fascinated with them, but hid it. (can he make friends with Sam?)
