    Adderpaw smiled.
    "No thanks, I ate before the ceremony." he mewed. Adderpaw trotted up to his mentor and bounced on his toes.
    "Are we going to learn battle training?" he asked, his whiskers twitching. Adderpaw looked up hopefully at Kandinsky, his green eyes wide and his tail flicking around.

    "Yes, I suppose we are." Came his reply, attempting to cuff his apprentice gently around the ear. Kandinskymatisse switched poses to something of a more aggressive stance. "Now, pay attention. If you don't do this before we start to train, one of you could get hurt. You must keep your claws sheathed at all times, understand?"


    Ooc: Eek! Sorry for the slow reply, I left my iPad at home when I went to my dads for the weekend...

    ic: Adderpaw growled slightly and shoved off Snakepaw, smiling as his mentor cuffed his ear. He scuffled to his feet, growing hot with embarrassment. Adderpaw's eyes grew serious as he listened to Kandinskymatisse. He flicked a white ear, his tail swishing in the sand under them.

    "Snakepaw. Did you pay attention to anything I just said?" He asked, frowning slightly. Kandinskymatisse wasn't usually strict but at times it was needed to put cats back in line. The grey and white warrior sighed. This was going to be a long first training session the way it was going.

    *unsheathsclaws and crouched down a scents the air for prey stalks forward disappearing into the woods *
    Yes I caught the rabbit!!!!!!
    *walking back rabbit in mouth and drops it off by the elders den*

    Adderpaw raked the ground, his long claws shredding up dirt. He snarled a bit in frustration as she caught the rabbit.
    "Great," he hissed under his breath, "a black bird and a rabbit! What's next?" Adderpaw flattened his ears back and looked up at his mentor, wanting to do the battle training already.

    Adderpaw snarled and hissed at his clan-mate.
    "Quit being a show-off!" he spat at her, his fur bristled and his eyes wide.

    *her eyes clouded*
    I wasn't showing off I was practicing battle moves! >:(
    *she walked out fur birsled*
    I'm sorry but I think I'll just go to the den
    *her a tail drooped and her eyes grew big and a tear ran down her cheek*

    Adderpaw flattened his ears and felt regret that he snapped at her like that. She may be a show-off, but that doesn't mean you had to blow up on her! he scolded himself. He huffed and bounded away to find his clan-mate. Adderpaw heard all what she said, and he drooped his tail.
    "Snakepaw?" he mewed, padded up to her. "I'm sorry; I shouldn't have been so rude. I guess I was...jealous." Adderpaw chocked on the word jealous, then pressed his muzzle into her cheek.
