Raggedfang sat in his den grooming his long brown tabby fur. His triangle ears picked up the sound of prey as it scurried past camp. His long whiskers tickling his white paws. Scowling he circled his nest fluffing his skinny long tail. Washing the base of his neck he stretched. His amber eyes gleamed in the morning light as he scanned camp.

Raindrop woke to a chill, the den was snug but she knew she had to get up soon anyway. The silver and black striped she-cat stretched her long claws and padded quietly out of the den. Her stormy gray eyes looked at the snow still covering the ground. She licked her paws and hurried to get the day started. Tilting her head she noticed Raggedfang's amber eyes come from his cave and she turned away flexing her muscles.

  • Bishop woke up earlier then usual, so he decide to organize the Healer' s den."Poppyseeds there.....Mint there....We're did I put that honey?" Bishop muttered to himself. A cold breeze came inside his den, causing his fur to stand up. Will it ever get warm again? Shaking his head he resumed his work.

Ghost was already outside laying in the snow. She liked it there. No-one noticed her and it felt refreshing. Ghost hated to be noticed, she rather hide all day then socialize. She peeled her head up a little to seesee Raindrop up. Time to start the day, let's go hunting. She walked over to Raggedfang' s den to see if she could hunt by herself.

  • Blueberry had just woken. She yawned and stretched, looking at the other kits in the den. She padded to the entrance and saw white stuff. What is this? She thought. She carefully placed paw in and leapt back. Its cold! Blueberry was frozen for a moment, but then leapt into the white stuff joyously. She sunk into it and laughed.

  • Raggedfeather flicked his tail seeing snow was slowing melting but not much. Sighing he noticed his sister Raindrop stretch out waiting for patrols. Snorting as a feather tickled his nose he groomed his pelt.

  • Ghost watched the Blueberry fall into the snow. Must be her first time in the snow.... Walking into Raggedfeather' s den. "Can I go....Hunt by myself?" Not looking in her leaders eyes she licked a small tuff of fur down.

  • "You may but make sure to be safe...we don't wan't fighters hurting themselves when by themselves."His growl like voice echoed through the cave.

Raindrop shivered as a snow fleck jumped onto her pelt from Blueberry who was thrashing in the snow.

  • "Th-thanks." Padding out of the leader's den, Ghost looked at the other cats. She studied them for a minute, then walked out of the camp. She started to run down a trail and she didn't stop till she hit a huge oak tree. Here, this is were I will hunt. She crouched dow in the snow waiting for the prey to scamper by.

  • Raindrop sighed and stood up. She padded over to Bishop's den. "Bishop!"She called softly waiting for a reply from the tom cat. Swishing her tail she decided to ask if he needed help.

  • "Hmm?" Turning around, Bishop smiled when seeing Raindrop. Spitting the borage leafs out of his mouth, he flicked his tongue out, trying to get the taste out of his help. "What wrong? Did you step on a thorn?"

  • Once Blueberry was finished playing, she looked around at the other cats. Hmmmm.... Oh! There's Raggedfeather! She stalked over, using the snow for cover. Once she was close enough, Blueberry popped up in front of him. "Hi Raggedfeather!" She squeaked, her voice seeming louder because of the quietness of the camp. "Can I be an apprentice? Because I've been a really good kit! I haven't snuck out of camp in a half-moon! Ohpleaseohpleaseohpleeeeeaasse?"

  • The tom cat looked down at the kitten that was staring up at him. "Blueberry, you are three moons old..give it time."The scar over his shoulder showed more as he stretched. "You have only 3 more moons to come to be an apprentice.."he purred

"Do you need any help?" She asked quietly. "I was meaning to ask you but i woke up a little later than i normally do."She paw'd the ground lightly. The soft spoken she-cat ducked her head in embarressment. "That is if you have any work i could do.."

  • Bishop putting away the borage leads, didn't pay much attention to Raindrop' s actions. "I need more
yarrow, if you want you could help me grab some. There quite far in our territory though." Bishop examined his storage, making sure everything was we're it's suppose to be. "That is only if your up to the challenge.." Playfully, Bishop pawed her ear.

Out in the forest, Ghost had as already caught two sparrows and one mouse. The sun was starting to come out more. I should get back, the Kits are probably hungry. Walking back to camp, Ghost admired the snow and the morning Sun.

  • "I'm always up for a challenge!"She purred."Where would i find the yarrow exactly?"She asked tail puffing up as she felt a draft.

Raggedfeather padded out of the den and stretched tail lashing back and forth as he scanned the clearing. Jaw wide he yawned showing his fangs at the morning sun. Sighing he sat down with a thud and scanned the snow covered clearing

  • "I'll show you!" Padding out the Door, the black tom went straight for the entrance. He waited right outside it for Raindrop. "Come on slow poke!" He purred.

Ghost slid inside the camp silently. She dropped the freshkill off at the pile and looked around to see if anything else had to be done. Nothing really had to be done, so quietly Ghost went to the corner and sunk into the snow.

  • Blueberry walked out of the den, disappointed. She looked up and spotted Ghost. She bounded over, the trip taking longer because of the snow. Blueberry tried to jump into the paw steps of the older cats, but it was hard. When she finally made it over, she said, "Hi Ghost! I'm bored and none of the other kits are up. So can I hang out with you?"
