    Maxle nodded, "If she does find out, she'll have ta kill me first." He growled, sliding out his claws, "That was not branch, we'll fix you up and protect you."

    Moonpaw's eyes grew teary as she stared at the two toms with appreciation. "I could never ask for any friends as loyal as you are." She whispered. She turned around with a grin and started to find Periwinkle.

    Friends? Cyanspectrum's ear twitched. But they had just met. Shrugging it off, he had to hurry to follow Moonpaw, she seemed to have gotten a burst of virbant energy.

    Moonpaw looked back at Cyanspectrum. "Where are you going?" She skidded to a halt. A pair of icy eyes glared at her in the darkness of inside of a den. She gulped and whimpered. She looked at Cyanspectrum terrified. "Don't, come, any, closer." She whispered loudly.

    Cyanspectrum of course wouldn't listen to such a thing. Growling, the Russian Blue tom-cat not only came closer to Moonpaw, but he actually passed her and shielded the apprentice from the hidden cat. "Silentsplash?" he growled, assuming it was her mother.

    ic Silentsplash growled and stalked out of the den. "Hello, Moonpaw. Who's your friend?" She sneered. Moonpaw's eyes teared up. "I don't have any friends, mom!" She cried.

    "My god, Silentsplash," growled Cyanspectrum, disgusted with the she-cat. He also felt mildly insulted that she didn't know who he was. Whether Silentsplash really didn't or was only saying that, he didn't. He hadn't wanted a confrontation, not one like this. Cyanspectrum had planned to tell Treski or Fadingstar about this, and perhaps giving she-cat a public trial.

    Maxle followed and stopped when she said so. When he realised it was the abusive cat, he lept in front of both of them with his powerful hind legs and growled as loud as Lionclan. Or so he thought he did XD, "WE just met her!" He snarled, "Ya can't prove were her friends!" He flashed an appoligetic glance at Moonpaw.

    Cyanspectrum mentally facepalmed, embarrased by the stupid young warrior. "Calm down a little, Maxle," he growled in warning. The tom was too defensive, Silentsplash would have to be mental not to notice that!

    [align=center][font=georgia]The thick-furred Russian Blue tom looked down at the smaller she-cat. He hadn't laughing out loud, and gave the warrior a funny look. She was quickly becoming annoying.

    Moonpaw slowly backed away. "M-mom... I don't HAVE any friends. You prevent me from having any!" She snapped with a burst of determination. Silentsplash padded out of the den, eyes blazing. "Don't sass me, young one." She screamed. Moonpaw held her ground. "I can do whatever I want! You can't make me do anything!" And with that, Silentsplash lunged at her daughter. Moonpaw dodged and hissed.

    Cyanspectrum quickly forgot Truelight and Maxle, lunging forward, he aimed for Silentsplash's flank. The queen was a fool to attack her own daughter in the company of others. She was hopelessly outnumbered.

    Silentsplash's eyes lit up in horror as she stared at all the cats. "Oh, silly me." She stammered. "I was just trying to get a, uh, flee off of my daughters pelt, right Moonpaw?" She looked at Moonpaw innocently. Moonpaw spat at the ground and shook her head.

    ic; Cyanspectrum spat, glaring at Silentsplash, like he thought she was stupid, which he did think. "You idiot," he growled outloud. The Russian Blue tom snorted, "Like we would actually listen to that bull." Cats like Silentsplash just made him so mad!
