    hissing sounded behind her and but she starred, unseeingly, at the claering through the brush as though there was no one there. the snakes soft leathery skinn made soft scrapping noises as it slithered closer too the she cat. it hissed again and lashed out, choking and gurgling as, faster than the snake, the bliind she cat caught it's throat in her crushing jaws. "won't do that again will you?" she hissed silently as she spat out the snakes body and turning around to watch the darkness through which she senced the other cats.

    Eastide wandered for a place she could sit down,and have Peace.She shot past the cats to loom like a cloud of mist.She gathered energy and kicked her legs on the floor and landed on a shrew.It squealed in suprize.She brought down her paw and slammed it on its head and shook it hard.It passed out and she swept her claws on its side and it went limp.'Good job Little Eastide..'Said a once in her ears as the cold wind stirred in her ears."Yeah,whatever,"She muttered.She took a few bites of it when she sat down on the fall leaves next to a small maple tree.It was a big pile that fell there,She sagged under from her weight.Dew like sap fell on her nose and she swiped her tounge on it.'You are not a KitEastide.'Said a muffed scratchy voice."Shut up,Yellowscar,you too Silversong.Soon they will think I'm a daughter of a mouse-brain with imaginary prey."She said under her breath.
