Blake put his arm around Alex and pulled her into a side hug. "It's okay. Things happen. It's part of life." He rubbed her shoulder. "You just have to learn how to deal with it and live past it. I'm sure this person would hate to see you upset where ever they are." He smiled warmly at her.
Skyler smiled and stood up. "It's nothing really." She chuckled to hide the tears. "Skyler." She stuck her hand out for a handshake.
Izaya smiled. "I guess it is none of my business." he said. "I'm Izaya Orihara." He shook Skyler's hand.
"Are you new here?" She asked raising a brow. "I dont think I've seen you around.
"Yeah, I'm new." Izaya answered. "And I've kept myself in the shadows."
"That's just it... She... Would..." Alex sighed. She and her brother, was left with a drunk father, who beat Alex, never Her brother for some reason. He had liked his son, not his daughter, nobody really ever liked his daughter.
Jack walked beside Allison, hands in his pockets. He was completely silent as he followed his sister towards a group of kids. A thought came to mind, and he murmured to Allison, "I don't like them." Jack looked up at his sister, who was only a little taller than him.
Allison chuckled and patted his back. "C'mon, Jack. You don't even know them! Give 'em a chance and then make up your mind, alright?" She replied, looking back at him.
Jack shrugged. "Fine." He grumbled.
Aubri walked through the hall to her next class, her calculus book clutched tightly against her chest. She glanced around at everyone else, feeling a bit out of place, but shrug it off anyways.
"I guess so." Skyler smiled. "How about we head back to lunch?" Her thumb gestured towards the dining hall. "There is still a good 'nother 20 minutes of lunch."
Blake brought his arm back from around Alex and pushed his Jell-o cup to her. "Here have it." He smiled. "Jell-o can make anyone feel better."
Izaya shrugged. "I'm not that hungry. I'm just going to walk around. Take a breath of fresh air." he said.
Krisi followed Ray down to the dining hall. Still shy, she chose to remain near her brother. Ray often found it annoying, but let her follow anyway.
Alex chuckled, trying not to think about it, just don't think about it.
"Come to think of it I've never tried jell-o..."
Allison walked up to the small group of people, and said hello. She felt awkward; she'd never done this before.. "Hey there." Allison greeted them, with a smile.
Jack remained silent, with a dark look on his face.
"Your kidding!!!" Blake said rather loudly. "Eat it now!" He opened the small up and stuck a spoon in it then pushed it to Alex. He looked up and saw Allison and Jack. "Howdy." He replied.
Skyler sighed. "Mind if I come along? I could use a good walk." She said a little quieter.
"I don't mind at all." Izaya said, holding put his hand to help her up.

Allison was stumped on what to say next. She was hoping these people were conversation starters, but it didn't seem like it. Her mind raced for something to say, but she had no ideas.
Jack realized his sister was panicking. She wasn't showing it, but he could tell. "I'm Jack. This is my sister, Allison. We're new here. Nice to meet you." He said, to help Allison out.
Skyler grabbed Izaya's hand and pulled herself up. "So what brings you to EFH?" She asked.
"I'm Blake. This is Alex." He motioned to the girl next to him. "Its nice to see new people. I've been here for four years." He coughed. "You can sit if you'd like." He motioned to the open seats on the other side of the table.
(Lol, my best girl friend does too. I just think he's awesome.)
"I was bored and I just happened to stumble upon here." Izaya said. (By "stumble upon here", he means, "I wanted to come here because I want to play around with you people a bit.")
