OOC: Hundredth reply!!!
IC: She whimpers.
No-voice
No-voice immediantly slices off reeds and begans entangling them, forming something ovalish.
She whimpers some more. Cinnamonpaw watches, horrified. "We need to get to a hill as well. It would make it easier."
Inkedstar
Inkedstar bit one end of the weaved mat thing and ordered Colorsplash to lay on it.
Colorsplash lays down on it, whimpering.
Screepaw
Screepaw quickly rushes to help his mentor.
"It's going to be okay Colorsplash. Everything will be alright. We should get her into a cave or under some dense trees! That way the rain is blocked out!" Featherpool screamed. "I'm going to get Creekfeather and Lionstrike!" Featherpool ran off in the direction of their scent. It was fading quickly, but she soon saw them near the river. They were so peaceful, for now. "CREEKFEATHER! LIONSTRIKE! COLORSPLASH IS KITTING!!" Featherpool ran to them, fur soaked, and looked at them urgently. "COME ON!" Without looking to see if they will follow, Featherpool ran back to the kitting she-cat.
Creekfeather heard Featherpool and sprinted past. She wasn't the strongest cat, but she was one of the fastest. "Lionstrike! We can hunt later! Colorsplash is kitting!!" she yelled. She hoped he was behind her. She came up to the side of the queen. She was laying on a floating "bed" of vines or reeds.
Inkedstar
Inkedstar lifted the mat with her teeth and urgently began rushing to higher ground.
Screepaw
Screepaw kept up with his leader.
"Inkedstar, we have to get her inside a cave or some dense forest, maybe a hollow tree!" Featherpool urged her leader. "That way water won't sink in." she looked at her leader, her big blue eyes worried, then ran to comfort Colorsplash.
Creekfeather grabbed one corner of the reed mat and pulled, helping Inkedstar with the effort. "It'll be alright." she whispered to the queen on top as she helped to haul her to shelter.
[align=center][font=times new roman]Lionstrike leaps out. "Keep the cave a secret." He whispers to Creekfeather once they were back. Colorsplash was moaning and whimpering. "It hurts..." Cinnamonpaw just wated, horrified. The medicine cat apprentice didn't know what to do.
"I know!" Inkedstar growled around the weaved, reed mat.
Crescentshine
Crescentshine also grabbed one end of the mat.
Creekfeather nodded as she helped Inkedstar pull the reed mat toward shelter. She saw a tree with a hollow in it, just as Featherpool suggested. "There! That tree there, we can put her there." she suggested.
Screepaw
"So we can drop her and watch her fall?" Screepaw hissed.
Featherpool yelled to the cats, saying they should put her in a tree.
Cinnamonpaw slowly starts moving foward. She was in shock. Colorsplash whimpers, if she wasn't in pain, she'd object to the cats around her. Lionstrike watches Creekfeather nervously.
"No Screechpaw, we glide her down. We slowly tilt it down toward the tree. Either that, or we lower her gently to the ground." Featherpool hissed. They wouldn't drop her!
Inkedstar
Inkedstar pulled onward, refusing to take a risk of leading Colorsplash up a tree. She spotted high ground and mumbled urgently, "There!!"
"She will be right in the rain! (the tree is hollow on the side, twoleg work. Sorry if it wasn't clear! Basically all you have to do is walk in.)" Featherpool rolled her eyes. They need to get her in the tree, there was only one entrance, and the smell of blood might be able to be smelled even through this rain. And with a fox around...
