BRB, dinner.
England frowned, trying to remember. "Hm... I believe it's Green Tea."
BRB, dinner.
England frowned, trying to remember. "Hm... I believe it's Green Tea."
Okay!
I nodded, smiling. "I see, I see... Do you only drink tea?"
Imma watch Hetalia...
ohtay.
England nodded. "Mostly," He replied.
I smiled, saying, "I like water... And juice."
England shrugged, sipping his tea. "They are interesting beverages."
I nodded. "I'm sure I'd like tea if I tried it, though... What's it taste like?"
England slitted his eyes slightly, tipping his head. "Hm... Hot... And... Depends on what you put in it, sweet."
I nodded. "Sounds good. Can you put honey in it? I love honey..." I sat back, smiling softly at the thought of the golden and rich liquid.
England nodded. "If you wish, miss," He murmured, standing up to brew her a cup of tea. He returned a few minutes later, sitting down and setting the cup of tea down in front of her. "I didn't know how much you wanted..."
I shrugged, saying, "It's fine. I'll just put a little honey in it..." I pulled a random jar of honey out of my coat, pouring it into the tea cup. I then stirred it a little, taking a slow, savoring sip.
England tipped his head. "You have... Honey inside your coat? No disrespect..."
I nodded. "Yes! I carry it everywhere I go. Honey is a delicacy where I'm from. We rarely get shipments of it."
He nodded in understanding. "I see..."
I smiled, taking another sip of my tea with a smile. "Delicious..." I mumbled.
England smiled. "I'm glad you like it, miss."
I smiled, setting my tea cup down. Looking at him, I asked, "So, you mentored America in your ways, right?"
England frowned at the thought, looking away as the painful memories of the American Revolution replayed in his mind. "I wouldn't say that..." He sighed.
I tipped my head, confused. "I don't know exactly how the story goes. You helped him when he started out, and then he rebelled, right?"
England nodded stiffly. "Yes." He replied solemnly, a stoic look applying to his features. He looked away, shutting his eyes.
I realized it pained him too much to go on. I set a hand on his shoulder, murmuring, "I'm sorry I brought up such a painful subject... Forgive me..."
