• Mercurypoisoning growled deep in his throat. "See? There's no getting through to her!" he told Rangerstar, hoping the much calmer tom would take their side. But how couldn't he? Surely this apprentice must be irritating even to the leader!

He looked over to Bunnypaw and cleared his throat. "Ya know, if ya found those on RiverClan territory they are RiverClan herbs, ergo they still belong t' Stacysong even if they're not picked yet. We can't have any ol' random cat goin' around and pickin' herbs whenever they want! Ya don't know if the medicine cats are rationing them or not! It's winter ya dumbf***!"

• [fancypost borderwidth=0]
'Holy sh*t.' the young black and white she-cat slid over with curiosity clear in her cerulean eyes. "What happened?" Celestialpaw asked with perked ears.

• [fancypost borderwidth= 0pt]
Misspaw was crouched beside her sister, curiosity gleaming in her cobalt eyes. "Some idiot pissed off Stacysong." The torbie flattened her ears, looking up at Rangerstar. What will happen to Bunnypaw now? The apprentice hoped that she had learned her lesson, and would never do it again.

• [fancypost borderwidth=0]As one primarily of submission, Baroquedance was not one to get so easily peeved. But now here he was, golden eyes crunched shut in Bunnypaw's blatant disrespect. Pity, was it? Wasn't that what she desired? Sure she could have it, so long as it wasn't from him.

Celestialpaw's words shattered his thoughts however, and the bengal tom focused his attention on her instead. "Bunnypaw here," the tom mewed through his gritted maw. "Decided to stroll into Stacysong's den and demanded to be a medicine cat apprentice. She worked up her whole sob story and the like, even taking rationed herbs to apply herself," the bengal curtly explained, a hiss lacing his voice.

• "PUT THOSE BLOODY HERBS DOWN!" Stacysong commanded, both by voice and by telepathy. It was all she could do not to run after Bunnypaw and slash her. Repeatedly. Please, please let Rangerstar exile her, at least. I cannot stand this f***ing b**** one more second. If he doesn't, I'll kill her, I really will.

This was probably the angriest Stacysong had ever been in her entire life.

• [fancypost borderwidth=0]
Celestialpaw smiled a little at her sister, she had never talked to her much, as well as the rest of her siblings, seeing as she already had a family of her own to take care of but she was planning to bond with her family more. "Well that's a pile of bullsh*t. Who would even try that?" the pretty white and black she-cat huffed with a frown before tapping Stacysong's shoulder with her tail lightly to soothe her. "Do you want me to get her? I can get new herbs, too, Stacy." she assured the medicine cat.

• [fancypost borderwidth=0px]"Bunnypaw, you're only making matters worse." Rangerstar gritted his teeth. "If you don't drop this act now and leave any and all herbs-- which, as Mercurypoisoning stated, belong to Stacysong-- I will have no choice than to delay your warrior ceremony back one moon, leaving you an with an extra moon of apprentice duties." He couldn't anticipate how she would handle this situation. Most apprentices would be devastated at the news. Yet, most apprentices weren't this stubborn, disrespectful, and bent on becoming something so unattainable.

• [fancypost borderwidth=0; width=200]Cerulean eyes narrowing, she meowed unintentionally pointedly at Celestialpaw, "Yes. That would be much appreciated, thank you so much." Her gaze, however, was fixed on Bunnypaw, and her posture was stiff - even her tail, which usually moved in low, languid movements, had stilled. A little frustrated, even irked, at Rangerstar's proclamation, she resisted the overwhelming urge to screech, 'That's not going to affect her much, if at all! She would actually prefer that! It gives her more time to try and be chosen as a medicine cat apprentice - not, of course, that she would be.'

• ''I dont care about my warrior ceremony; I have sworn never to fight again and would rather be an apprentice for all eternity!'' she stuck her nose in the air and padded into the woods to eat her dinner in private.

Celestialpaw nodded to Skylapaw. "Welcome," the daughter of Lanijay and Photoflash blinked, looking at Rangerstar. Only delaying one moon? Hell, if it was up to her, she'd banish her from the medicine cat den, pff. Then again, she was always quite.. harsh.

"Then you best be getting your ass out of Riverclan if you're just sitting on your ass all day." she snapped, "what kind of meth are you on, damnit?" the black and white apprentice snorted.

• Banished from the medicine den was a given. If Stacysong ever saw, heard, or smelled Bunnypaw in her den again, murder would be done. Or at least, severe mauling. Maybe Mercurypoisoning would come and help.

The medicine cat was fuming. This stupid apprentice (she reverted back to non-swearing, as profanity was rarely ever used by her and only in moments of absolute fury) had sauntered into the medicine den without asking permission, disrespected Stacysong to her face, disobeyed both the medicine cat and her apprentice (now all that had to happen was for Bunnypaw to sass off to Aria, then all the medical cats in RiverClan would hate her), used herbs without permission and against direct orders - more than once! - and run off into Rangerstar's den and groveled about how mean everyone was, and now she was going to get a punishment that, as she said herself, wouldn't affect her at all.

"She has no contribution to offer RiverClan," Stacysong meowed flatly. "She won't fight, she sure as hell won't deal with herbs, and she's too preoccupied with those two other things (not fighting, that is, and herbs) to actually hunt. All she has to contribute is drama and pathetic mewling. I wash my paws of the whole affair, but she should be duly warned: she comes within five feet of my den for any other reason than she's dying, or if she attempts to heal any cat in RiverClan, or she messes with herbs anywhere, I will rip her to shreds with my own paws."

That said, she backed down and left the situation to Rangerstar. She appreciated that he was trying to mete out justice in non-deadly, non-offensive terms, but it wasn't really working. Oh well, one of the trials of being leader.

• "An' I'll help," Mercurypoisoning meowed, wishing nothing more at the moment for Bunnypaw to come back and mess with Stacysong so that he'd have an excuse to maul her. "Believe that."

And then he stalked off after nodding to Stacysong. Maybe he'd camp out by her den or something. Just in case.

• [fancypost borderwidth= 0pt]
Misspaw smirked at her sister. "I'll claw her eyes out if she tries to heal anyone." the torbie spat as she stalked off after Mercurypoisoning. She just couldn't believe how selfish some cats were, Bunnypaw was better off crying to her mommy than waltzing into the medicine cat den like she owned the place.

• [fancypost borderwidth=0; width=200]Perhaps the punishment was harsh, and Skylapaw very rarely witnessed Stacysong like this, but when you pissed off the medicine cats, you'd better be ready for retribution. "Suffice to say, I think you'll know that I'm not going to pick her to become my apprentice. But thank you for helping us, Rangerstar." Dipping her head one last time, she followed the back of the retreating cats, tail waving violently in the air.

• Bunnypaw padded back to camp with a full belly. She did not think that Stoneheart might do what he did next.
Striding forward, the unnaturally large tom blocked his apprentice's way into the clearing.''leave from a training session early, torment the medicine cat and eat freash-kill without feeding the elders first? You'll be speaking to rangerstar!''
Bunnypaw's heart beat faster. She followed her mentor into Rangerstar's den.
''this young apprentice,'' Stoneheart growled, his voice full of pure hatred for the small apprentice,''has been eating fresh-kill without feeding the rest of the clan!''
Stoneheart had always hated Bunnypaw, but he did not know why. Maybe it was because the short beige apprentice reminded him of his dead mate, Runningbrooke. Whatever it was, all he could feel towards his pretty kind apprentice was raw hatred.
''thats no-''
''then how do you explain me seeing you sneak out of camp into the forest very cautiously, and come back purring contentedly and full-bellied?!'' Stoneheart's eyes were blood-shot from non-stop hunting, which eased the pain of his bitter memories.
''no...I...'' Bunnypaw was in a panick; she could only escape the lie by telling the truth, but then what would her leader think of her?
''no, but, you see. None of them work on me, kit.'' he spat, his eyes reduced to slits and his muzzle rinkled in a sneer.
''I see why they call you stoneheart!'' she remarked,''you do have a heart of stone, if you have one atall!''
''well atleast I obey the warrior co-''
''DARE say that you worthless mouse-dung!'' interrupted bunnypaw, tail lashing feircely. she wouldn't fight him, but she could try and intimidate him atleast.
''I do dare!'' he spat back, preparing to spring at her, his hackles raised ferociously, his fangs and claws bared.''You are an unloyal t-''
''well no one should care if I eat before.that was it; her secret was out.
''what...? what do you mean...?'' Stoneheart's fur bristled further. was this cat...
'she purred, as if reading his thoughts.

The black and white she-cat returned her sister's smirk. "That'ah girl," she purred before glancing at Stoneheart and Bunnypaw, face twisted in a questioning expression. "What the hell?" she shook her head before following Misspaw. Tsk, wasn't her business.

• Great StarClan, would the she-cat never freaking leave? She kept coming back and coming back. Stacysong glared at Stoneheart, glared at Bunnypaw, and turned pointedly away. "Stay the f*** out of my den, and you could be a ghost for all I care." She stalked away in the direction of the previously mentioned den.

• [fancypost borderwidth=0px]Rangerstar attempted to listen to the conversation between Stoneheart and Bunnypaw, but it ended with the leader confused and even more convinced on his decision to exile her.

The red tabby exhaled a heavy sigh. "Bunnypaw, you leave me with no choice but to ask you to leave the premisses of RiverClan. It's either that or apprentice duties until Greenleaf. Your behaviour is completely inappropriate and you have demonstrated that you are not suitable for Clan life. I will escort you off the territory myself, if you choose the decision to leave."

• [fancypost borderwidth=0]Baroquedance gave a gentle nod in Stacysong's direction, a suitable punishment by all means. The bengal turned his head towards the commotion behind him, a quizzical facade encasing his face. As if a cat couldn't get into any more trouble! With a curl of a slight smirk on his face, Baroquedance started towards Stacysong and the others.

• [fancypost borderwidth=0; width=200]A niggle of satisfaction wiggling inside of her, Skylapaw felt shame and guilt form a gloomy cloud over her, but she tried to cast it away, instead holding her head up high. 'Karma's a bitch.' Tail waving, she sat down next to Stacysong, prepared to check their herbs. They might have to restock now.
