Nighthowl followed, her tail swaying gently as she walked. She walked beside Mosstail and asked, "Have you lived her your whole life?"

"ya i know my way around the terattory like the back of my paw"he said

Carmelstar walked out of her den. She spotted Stormfang. "Have you seen my deputy?" She asked.

"I'm here!" Toffeewillow exclaimed bursting out of the Warriors' den. "Sorry, " she apologized," I had a terrible nightmare and I couldn't wake up." Her eyes clouded with grief as she recalled the horrible scene, blood splatters, her parents lying dead on the ground, her little sister, murdered.
" No!No!" she yowled as though she were still in the memory, running out of the camp. -
"That must come in useful." She mewed to Mosstail kindly. She had lived in Carmel clan for a long time, but she was still not entirely used to the territory.

Toffeewillow thought she saw a shadow lurking around and screamed. She saw Nighthowl and Mosstail and yowled," He-He's back!" A faraway look came into her eyes." Help! he's out to get me!"

Nighthowl turned around to look at the she-cat, her red eye glimmering brightly in the sunlight. "What's wrong?" She asked, walking toward Toffeewillow.

"My dead brother! He's back!" Toffeewillow screeched, pointing at an imaginary cat.

"There's no one there." She told the she-cat. "I promise. You have nothing to worry about." She mewed, trying very hard to convince her clanmate that nothing was wrong.

Carmelstar looked at Stormfang. "Hi." She meowed.

Toffeewillow's eyes returned to normal. "Sorry, it's just that, my brother murdered my family. Even my little sister. He still haunts me in my dreams," she confessed, padding back to Camp. "I'd better tell Caramelstar I'm sorry for racing out of Camp like that."
Once she reached camp, she couldn't meet her leader's gaze."I'm sorry, Caramelstar, I can't help it. He haunts me." -
"It's fine." She meowed.

Mosstail looked down remembering that day

"Is something wrong?" Nighthowl asked Mosstail. She noticed that he seemed to be a little distracted suddenly.

"I"m still scared," Toffewillow whispered, backing up. She glanced at Stormfang,"You wanna go hunting?"

he looked at toffewillow feeling guilty he couln't have done anything

Toffeewillow stalked back into the forest, feeling discouraged. She dived into the nearby lake and opened her eyes in the water to catch some fish.

he looked at nighthowl "i'm fine"he said

Nighthowl couldn't just believe that. "What are you thinking about?" She asked gently. She didn't want to pressure it out of him but she really wanted to know.
