The morning had started out slowly, but it was dark. Inpenetrable darkness had encased WindClan's camp, but yet the temperamental tabby had risen. Before the crack of dawn. A suppressed yawn escaped her maw before she trotted over to the fresh kill pile. Blazeblue nudged through the pile of rabbits and other prey before she chose a small rabbit. Her ivory fangs dug into the dry skin as she picked it up. Blazeblue trotted over to the entrance of the camp and sat while slowly eating her prey. She chewed the small morsel before downing the remaining meat in a quick gulp. Her sapphire eyes looked over the entire camp before landing on the apprentice's den, then the high rock. The apprentice ceremony was still vivid in her mind. Her first ever apprentice. The jubilation rushed through her veins but she quickly pulled it in. This was going to tough road for her apprentice - Icepaw. She'd only met the male briefly, and hadn't learned much from him. On this select day though she decided to start training. Three days after the ceremony.
Blazeblue sat now in a straight posture awaiting for Icepaw to emerge from the apprentice den. This early in the morning is what most cats would consider cruel, but in Blazeblue's eyes you never knew when you would be needed. Whether is be by sun high, or sunset, even during the middle of the night. You had to be prepared. The orange tabby sat with a small smile and waited, the navy blue sky bathing her in a blue-like tint. For once, she didn't appear to be a walking orange flame. She came off as a sitting blue flame, ready to burn all within reach. If Icepaw was a moment to late, it would be elder-care for the next two weeks. A warrior had to be punctual as well.
