The morning had started out slowly, but it was dark. Inpenetrable darkness had encased WindClan's camp, but yet the temperamental tabby had risen. Before the crack of dawn. A suppressed yawn escaped her maw before she trotted over to the fresh kill pile. Blazeblue nudged through the pile of rabbits and other prey before she chose a small rabbit. Her ivory fangs dug into the dry skin as she picked it up. Blazeblue trotted over to the entrance of the camp and sat while slowly eating her prey. She chewed the small morsel before downing the remaining meat in a quick gulp. Her sapphire eyes looked over the entire camp before landing on the apprentice's den, then the high rock. The apprentice ceremony was still vivid in her mind. Her first ever apprentice. The jubilation rushed through her veins but she quickly pulled it in. This was going to tough road for her apprentice - Icepaw. She'd only met the male briefly, and hadn't learned much from him. On this select day though she decided to start training. Three days after the ceremony.

Blazeblue sat now in a straight posture awaiting for Icepaw to emerge from the apprentice den. This early in the morning is what most cats would consider cruel, but in Blazeblue's eyes you never knew when you would be needed. Whether is be by sun high, or sunset, even during the middle of the night. You had to be prepared. The orange tabby sat with a small smile and waited, the navy blue sky bathing her in a blue-like tint. For once, she didn't appear to be a walking orange flame. She came off as a sitting blue flame, ready to burn all within reach. If Icepaw was a moment to late, it would be elder-care for the next two weeks. A warrior had to be punctual as well.

icepaw awoke quickly. he allowed a yawn to exit from his maw as he rose to his paws, quickly making himself noted. he knew that he had to get up this early in the morning. the silver-red tom exited the apprentice den and made his way toward the fresh kill pile. he had decided to grab a bite to eat before treking down his new mentor blazeblue. icepaw caught a glimpse of a juicy mouse and grabbed it softly within his thick jaws. then, the tom headed over to a warming spot away from the pile of freshkill. there, he could harvest the mouse down his throat, until he was ready for his training with blueblaze.[/fancypost]

[color=#B2BDD6]since you left it up to me whether he'd be late or not, I decided he'd be late. cx so feel free to time skip if you want. or you can roleplay the three days out. 83

A low growl resonated from within Blazeblue. She rose from her haunches and went to scout the camp out. He was late; Icepaw was late. As of this moment he was late by two minutes and Blazeblue wouldn't put up with a kitten who didn't understand the great need for punctuality. As the fiery tabby stepped forth she managed to land her eyes on her new apprentice. The temperamental tabby strode forth with elegant ease before stopping in front of him. Her next words were harsh, and she meant all of them.

"Not only are you late, but here you are stuffing your stomach. I thought the instructions were clear. Your mother should have told you to meet me for a sparing session." She paused for added effect before continuing. "Sadly, you aren't punctual. It's a bad habit to have little kit. You've wasted my time. The next three days will be elder cleaning for you. You'll aid them, get them food, and clean their pelt out. For the next three days you're their servant. I expect to you in three days, bright and early by the entrance to the camp. If you fail to show on time then think twice about becoming a warrior kitten." With that simple statement she turned her back on him and walked off. If she was up this early, it wouldn't hurt to do some hunting.

ooc;; :P we can timeskip xD

ic;; it wasn't fair. icepaw hadn't the time for all of this bullsh*t. he was an apprentice and planned on being a good one at that. icepaw didn't mean to be late- honestly. he had planned out his timing just right. right to the point where he'd have enough time to eat breakfast before their sparring session. why the h*ll did this have to happen to him?

three long, tiring days had passed over what seemed like a century. icepaw had to put up with the elders' complaining and nagging at him. do this do that. gah! couldn't the silver tabby get a break? not likely! thankfully, it was the day after his third day of being locked up in camp tending to the elders and such. and icepaw was thankful for it. he strolled out of the apprentice den, careful not to be late this time. the first thing on his agenda was to find blazeblue somehow.[/fancypost]
