  • Ignitedjay bit her lip as she cried out in pain. She was lucky she had made it to civilization and had found refuge in SkyClan in time. Why, it had been only a few days sicne she'd joined, and already her kits were on their way! She felt a pang that had nothing to do with the labor, a heartache. She wished the father of these kits were here to see this...but no. Having a flighty father like him wouldn't have been good for her kits. It was better they had just a mother. Hopefully.

The lilac smoke she-cat dragged herself into a far corner of the nursery, and after the birthing was done, she felt herself looking down upon three beautiful kits. Two males, and one female. Her heart warmed tenderly upon seeing them, and she leaned down and licked the {insert appearance here} kit, the pretty little female. "Your name will be Whompingkit." She meowed, pulling away and looking at the cinnamon ticked tabby, the one with the white in almost the exact same places his father had. She shook her head and licked him as well. Your name...Montekit." She decided, then turned to the final male kit, the one with the {insert appearance here}. "And your name shall be Monsterkit." She supplied softly.

After grooming all three of her suckling babies to perfection, she sighed and fell back into her moss nest and shut her amber eyes, relishing in the feeling of finally being a mother.

  • Whompingkit let out a wailing cry as she was realesed from the safety of the only home she had known. It was too cold out in this strange place, too loud. Finding the comfort of her mother the kit squirmed, looking for the milk her instincts told was near.

  • Ignitedjay glanced up, eyes warm as she felt her kits tuck into her belly. "Thank you, Cedarclaw." She meowed gratefully to her fellow she-cat, before glancing back down at her kits and bending her head down to lick them again.

Montekit cried out noisily as the warmth was suddenly whisked away. A cold, loud place greeted him. Squealing in protest, he began to squirm towards a nearby aura of warmth. For him, at least right now, warmth meant comfort and safety. And not having to worry about anything in the whole world. Snuffling out an available feasting spot, he latched on and started to suckle, feeling his two siblings pile around him for their turn at the breakfast table as well. The cold was gone, and his hunger was beginning to be satiated. His siblings and mother were warm, soft, and comfortable. For now, all was well.

  • Cedarclaw smiled warmly at the kits, and then at their beutiful mother. she then went to her own nest in the nursery and started warming up her own kit, Echokit.

  • ooc;; Monsterkit is going to be a blue tabby with white, and with violet eyes. c:

ic;; Keeping quiet, more so opposite than his siblings, Monsterkit crawled quickly towards his mother. He needed the warmth that disappeared moments ago, and his mother seemed to be just the place to find it. The blue tabby curled up by Ignitedjay, deciding to get warm before he suckled the warmer milk. Cold... he hated it.

  • OOC; Hey Vertigo, since Montekit and Whompingkit are both CDC kits, do you mind if you have them age the way CDC kits do? 2 moons for every 1 month in real life? xD Also, verti and belz, can you give me quick, brief skeletons of personalities of both of the kits? cx

IC; Montekit finished his appetizing first meal, and his jaws parted in a wide yawn. He managed to sound noisy even when he was trying to engage in the quiet activity of falling asleep. He pushed and shoved his siblings as he tried to curl comfortably up against his mother's warm belly fur, mewls erupting from his tiny throat before he finally drifted off into dreamland, his flanks rising and falling slowly and rhythmically.
