With a stifled yawn the tabby woke from her spot. She blinked the lurking sleep from her eyes and proceeded to stretch. Today was the day. Blazeblue shucked her fur out, ridding it of all dust and other particles that could have entrapped their way in her winter coat. The fiery tempered tabby - or better known as what the other WindClanners called her: the "TTT" - walked out of the warriors den at a brisk walk. No, she wouldn't be late. She was never late. It was a moral of hers that she held herself to; always to be punctual. The sleek she-cat made her way to the fresh-kill pile before picking out a small rabbit. She then proceeded to eat it, whatever was left of it anyways. These winter months had brought on loss of prey and life, and Blazeblue found it interesting that it was now that Gravelstar gave her an apprentice.
Why start training in winter, and not in summer? She thought, but the thought was made irreverent as Blazeblue finished her small meal. If you could even call it a meal. Upon finishing the delicacy that she was grateful for, Blazeblue wandered over to the entrance to the camp. There she sat, her back facing the onslaught of cold wind and slight snow. The sun had yet to rise, and most of the camp was asleep. "Let us see how punctual you are." Blazeblue murmured huskily. This was to be the first lesson. If her apprentice was even a second late, it would be a week of caring for the elders. If not, then things will go as she planned.
