Miracle came up to them "hey guys i found a cave"
Fang turned around licked her face "you worried us sick" he growled but worry in his voice.
Duke sighed with relief.
Chester shivered "lets go then"
Shasta headed towards them.
Miracle lead the way.
Fang was at her side.
Duke and Chester ran after them.

Shadow followed the dogs silently,unfazed by the cold with her wolf-like fur.
They went into a tiny cave.
"this is tiny, we will be quished together" Duke whined.
Chester nudged him "the closer we are the more warm it will be"
"Yeah, and I don't see any more caves in sight," Jack barked.

Duke laid next to him.
Fang laid near the entrance wanting the others to be warmer.
Miracle laid next to Fang.
Shasta padded towards the group and layed down.
The group slowly stopped shivering as the warmth of all the dogs filled them.

Shadow stood outside. She wasn't comfortable being so close to other dogs, especially in her sleep. Instead she dug a small den a few feet away and crawled in,covering the entrance.
Fang did a head count "where's Shadow" he asked.
