    "Eheheh"He stood up and he pushed Kaylee,running off quickly with Lifty right behind.Emmy watched them leave and she noticed that Lifty left his switchblade.She picked it up and looked at Kaylee."What do we do with this?...."She asked.

    Emmy looked at her."...."She started laughing."Nah I think I'll keep it.And when I see Lifty again I'll return it to him"She said switching it closed and putting it in her bookbag."Thank you for helping me.Oh!"She took out a piece of paper and wrote her phone number on it."Here.That way we can talk all the time"She said,handing it to Kaylee.

    "No problem"She said smiling."Well I suppose I'll find my way around sooner or later.I'll see you later!"She said and began jogging away.

    She made her way back to her home,where her step brother was slouching in the livingroom."Im home"She said but he stayed there,just holding up an empty soda can.She sighed and grabbed it from him,putting it on the counter and getting him another one.She jumped on the couch next to him.

    Kaylee got home soon. She opened the door and walked up to her room and jumped on the bed. She took out the peice of paper and looked out the number "tomorrow.." she said to herself.

    After watching a bit of tv she went to her bedroom and fell asleep,she didn't really want to hear her mother yelling at her for being late.

    Kaylee yawned and went to sleep.

    Kaylee opened her eyes tiredly

    Emmy groggily got out of bed and got dressed then brushed her hair.She walked downstairs and looked at her Step-brother,who was once again watching tv."Don't you ever get off that couch?"She asked."Shh im watching Docter Who"He mumbled and she rolled her eyes,getting her scarf and wrapped it around her neck."Im gonna be out,don't wait for me"She said."I won't"He simply replied and Emmy sighed before leaving.

    Kaylee got out of bed and got new clothes, she headed to the bathroom to take a shower. After her shower she got dressed and dried her hair.

    She hid her mouth in her scarf,shivering slightly from the cold as she walked down the sidewalk.
