Mosspelt and her new mate! (Toms only please!)

    She saw the entrance to camp and rushed in. She set the fish on the fresh-kill pile and smiled. She padded over to Goldenblaze. "What did you have to talk to me about?" She asked.

    Goldenblaze took a deep breath, sitting down and wrapping his tail around his paws. "We've known each other since we were apprentices. We hunted together, trained together, fought side by side. And I kept telling myself that even though I had a crush on you, that you liked Adderhawk and that you'd make a great friend. And you have. You're my best friend. But to continue our lives as only friends is a lie. You should know, before I lose you forever to Adderhawk, that I love you. And I know I love you because I'm not afraid to be myself around you. I don't try to act cool, or wimpy, or brave. I'm myself when I'm with you. And I'd rather lose you to Addderhawk, and you knowing that I love you, than you not knowing at all."

    She sat down before him. She smiled. "Yes, we have known each other sense we were apprentices... but I can't say that I just like Adderhawk. I like you too... But... I guess that when the time comes... I will have to choose between you and Adderhawk." She meowed and blushed a little looking at her paws.

    Goldenblaze nodded. "I'd like to say that your choice will NOT affect our friendship. No matter what the choices you make for your life, I will always be your best friend, and I'll always be there for you, no matter what. You won't have to look far to find someone who will ALWAYS be there."

    Goldenblaze was sitting in the camp, sharing a carp with Snowwillow.


    "So did you tell her?" Snowwillow asked.


    Goldenblaze nodded.


    "Who did she choose?" the white she-cat asked.


    Goldenblaze shrugged. "She hasn't chosen yet. And I don't intend on putting any pressure on her. I want her to choose who she wants."

    She stretched and padded out of the warrior's den. She smiled seeing Goldenblaze and Snowwillow. She padded over to them. "Hi." She said.

    Goldenblaze grinned. "Hey, Mosspelt," he purred.


    Snowwillow smiled politely.

    Adderhawk nodded in agreement and went over to the fresh-kill pile and took a haddock. After he finished his meal he shared tongues with the others.
