Ginger stood her ground and didn't back away. She glared at Umbra and held his gaze. She wondered who would look away first, but she was determined that it wouldn't be her.

As his gaze met Ginger's, Umbra's grin vanished from his face and was, instead, replaced with an unsatisfied frown. She's not afraid he told himself silently. He sprang at the cage, growling as it rattled loudly from the impact.

Ginger dug her claws into the bottom of the cage as Umbra's weight made the cage rattle. She smiled and laughed, not at all effected by his attempt to scare her. She still held his gaze. "You're wasting your breath." Her tail flicked in satisfaction.

"Waste my breath? I haven't done anything close to labor yet." Umbra remarked unhappily. "I could do this all day, and I wouldn't get close to becoming tired."

Ginger laughed. "That's what everyone thinks these days." She watched him still. He didn't even look like he had a mean bone in his body. But she knew it was there somewhere.

Umbra opened his mouth to say something but decided not to. A moment later, he said, "Watch it, fae. You need to learn your place and stay in it, or Malaya will be getting involved."

Ginger shrugged her shoulders, not thinking much of it. "She doesn't scare me either."

Malaya walked up "Oh Yeah I don't scare you huh. Does it scare you to know that I can kill you right here right now" she growled her lips rising in a snarl.

Ginger shrugged her shoulders again. "I think you are scared of life yourself and hide your fear by acting all dangerous." She watched them both.

Malaya laughed "I don't fear life. Life fears me"

Ginger smirked and thought quietly to herself.

Malaya growled "Now do not talk to one of us again for you are not worthy prisoner" then she turned and walked away

Lacota padded the forest, looking for prey. (I am brand new so if there is something i need to know, please tell me! This is my first post.) 8)

"Excuse me" she said turning around "I will tear your head off your shoulders" she snarled

Ginger started to turn around in her cage again. Ignoring what the female said.

Malaya ordered "Umbra open her cage. Lets see if this one can escape us." She turned to Ginger "If you can outrun all of us I will give you your freedom. If you cannot well.. i will decide what we do with you then" she growled a grim smile on her face that looked like she was snarling.

Ginger laughed. "Funny...it will be an honor. NOT!" She laughed again. She got ready to spring out of her cage.
