    Longmane was walking throught the woods when stoped to pick up a dead vole. "What is this?! This should have been buryed!" Longmane cryed.

    An unnamed tom stepped out from behind a tree, "I left that for one of you Thunderclan cats to find. I was hoping to make up for the one that I ate not long ago." Then He calmly leapt into the one of the tree's low branches and looked down on Longmane.

    "Oh, you know. I enjoy going around. Being here and there. I've been in lots of territories the past few days." He coolly replied as he leapt around the back of the tree to get to a higher branch. "Anyways, I never like living in debt, so when I get a meal in a clan's territory, I always repay them by placing the same amount of fresh-kill near a patrol. That way when the patrol finds it, they can bring it back to the clan and a good amount of cats get fed, and not just one."

    "Fine what would I know? I'm just a loner." With that he leapt down from the trees and walked away. "You don't need to escort me to the border, whatever your name is. I know the way." He called over his shoulder.

    "You shouldn't" Longamne hissed under his breath, barely keeping herself from scratching the loners muzzle, but knew she must wait.

    "Well, I do. If you don't like it, you can show me the way." He stopped and waited for Longmane to make her move.

    "Fine, I'll wait." said the loner, unafraid. He sat down quietly but then said,"You are an unusual warrior. You didn't take the fresh-kill I left, You didn't run me off when you discovered who left it, and you decided to take another warrior to me instead of taking me to the clan leader. You are very odd." But after finishing, he dismissed the thought with a flick of his tail.

    Rainclaw was watching the two cats. ''Hello, Lonemane. Who is that?'' The she-cat purred ''New friend?'' Rainclaw started laughing.

    "I do not have a name. You clan cats have names because you don't know whom you are talking about. And besides, you are spread all over the place. I on the other hand prefer to keep to myself, if you know what I mean. If you dislike me in your territory then why don't you just escort me off the area." The loner told the Rainclaw.
