    Rose or Rosie called affectionately by her parents stood in front of her new high school. Recently humans and Nekos decided to merge their student and Rose was selected to be the first in Morningstar High. She found the name of the school interesting enough. The slogan was "Students Shining Brightly." Apparently it was a school for gifted children but she assumed many of them were their because of excessive family funds. Her family had money as well but she dressed modestly most of the time. Her school had no school uniform so she was free to wear whatever she pleased. And what she pleased was usually pink.


    She watched the humans walk by and whisper about her usual hair color, eyes, and ears. Some of them looked a little freaked out by the entire her and other fascinated. She shifted her eyes awkwardly and pushed her glasses up. Rose walked into the school avoiding any eye contacting attempting to find her way towards the office.

    I walk up behind the new girl and loop my left arm in hers casually. "Hi! I'm Chi!" I stop,and stand in front of her. "You look pale. Are you wearing any makeup?" I ask,inspecting her face. "Come with me." I command,pulling her off corse through the double doors of the girls bathroom. "Now,try this," I instruct her,digging in my purse for some blush and my new unopened cherry lipgloss. "Here." I say,putting these items in her hands. "Try them." I nod,leaning on a sink. "What's your name?" I ask,brushing my white bangs out of my face.

    "Oh, um, Rose." She managed to say through all her surprise. "Rose is my name." She looked at the make-up in her hands and then into the bathroom. She did look noticeably pale, probably nervous jitters from being thrown into the school. She looked at the make-up uncertainly, like all of it was some sort of weapon she was suddenly given. "It's nice to meet you Chi. I have to admit, you kind of surprised me." She open up the blush and started lightly putting it on. Once or twice her mother had shown her how to put all of this stuff on. She quickly applied the lipgloss.


    (It's not PAFP unless Be AMAZING would rather it be that.)

    "Yup. I'm part of the Exchange Human/Neko Program. I think I was switched with some here in the senior class." She answered quietly, pulling out something from her pocket. "Yeah, supposed to get to the office first thing. Oh well." She looked curiously at Chi. "What grade are you?"

    "10th or 11th. They're trying to figure out where to place me I guess." She responded. "Hoping 10th, I'll feel awkward with a bunch of older people." She checked herself in the mirror quickly then remembered to hand her stuff. "Here, thank you! I really should be going, getting all this paperwork today. I won't be starting classes but I'm going to be here all day, maybe we could meet up later?" Rose was happy to find someone who seemed nice.

    "Thanks," I say,putting the makeup back in my purse. I look her up and down again. "Sure,we can meet up whenever you want!" I answer,checkin the time. "Oh,man! I gotta run! See ya at lunch?" I ask,getting ready to run out the bathroom door.

    "Definitely" She waved and took off out of the bathroom. The signs would probably help her get around the school. And now she was in a much better mood. She turned the corner and nearly tripped over someone sitting on the ground. "Eeep, oh sorry!" She stumbled and then managed to regain her balance.
