Sonic perked and slid down the tree's trunk, "I could help you, mam." he said.

Max grabbed Abby's arm before she could fire an arrow. -
Sonic yelped and ran around five meters away to safty.

"We don't need help. We can handle our own problems," Abby said. -
"Says someone that appeared out of nowhere! you probably don't even know where you are!?" Sonic conplained, secretly just wanting some friends.
(how about christmas (nothing to do with the date) island, that's where sonic was born... supposedly.)
