    After the Academy had let out for the summer, Rin and Yukio visited a park near by. The two brothers strolled around, talking about their plans for the summer.

    Edward sat on a park bench, reading more than several thick Alchemy books. He had about three on his left side, indicating how many he had left to read, and five or six on his right, which was how many he had already read. He was currently in the middle of one book, flipping the page every ten or twenty seconds.

    Rin saw Ed with all the books on either die of him. Letting curiousity take the best of them, Rin bounced over to Ed. "Hey...why're you ready all those books? Its summer vacation!" He asked, smiling at Ed.


    Yukio soon noticed Rin had left his side. Soon he spotted Rin and Ed, running over to them. "Rin! Don't do that!" He scolded his brother, then remembering Ed was there. "Oh, hey." He greeted

    It took the blonde a moment to realize someone was even there. Once he did, he looked up, trying to hide how irritated he was. Unsuccessfully. Why couldn't he read in peace? He place a slip of paper in the book(as a bookmark), and shut it. "Exactly. And during the summer, it's kinda hard to get a little peace and quiet, so I tried to get some here. Guess today's just not my day." He said, setting the book down on the pile to his left, which he'd finish later. "Doesn't matter, I've read these books a million times.." he mumbled, putting the four books on top of the five. When Yukio had greeted him, he gave a small wave and said, "Hi." He got off the bench and picked up his pile of books.
