Silver feather arose from a peaceful slumber, and padded out of her den. She glanced at Marshstar and smiled.

Nightbreeze looked up from her washing. "Good morning Silverfeather." She meowed, eyes narrowed drowsily.

Marshstar padded over to the two cats "I'll need both of you to join the dawn patrol." he ordered them, his voice kind. "You don't have to check the EarthClan border though, they've been quiet the last few moons." he commented, and then added "Pick another cat to come with you, Spadeshell perhaps?"

Silverfeather happily smiled. "Hey, Nightbreeze~~" she greeted. Then she turned to Marshstar and replied, "Alright~ Anything else?", she meowed.

"Double check the border with ScarClan." Marshstar advised them "Don't look for trouble though!" he added, looking especially at Silverfeather

Silverfearthe giggled. "I'll try, but no promises!", she joked. "Okay, ready to go, Nightbreeze?"

Marshstar smiled and padded to the FK pile, he picked up a squirrel and brought it to the leader's den

"Yeah." Nightbreeze yawned, stretched, and then trotted after Silverfeather. "Who else is coming?"

"Well, Marshstar reccomended we take Spadeshell along with us.", She meowed. Silverfeather trotted alongside Nightbreeze up to Spadeshell.

"Alright." Meowed Nightbreeze, trotting a bit faster. "Come on, Spadeshell. Patrol!"

Flametail kept her pace, staying next to Nightbreeze.

OCC: Flametail? lol
IC: Marshstar out down his vole and took a first bite. "Oh, I forgot!" he thought and left the leader's den, and padded into the clearing "Hey Silverfeather! There's something else!" he yowled across the clearing to her -
Silverfeather turned around and sprinted through the clearing and towards Marshstar. "What is it?", she asked upon arrival.

"The last dawn patrol noticed a strong scent of badger near the HuntingClan border. I want you to bring back a report about that okay?" he mewed, demanding but friendly

The silver she-cat nodded. "Will do!~", she meowed. She turned around, and sprinted back to her postition. "Guys, Marshstar says that there were reports on a strong scent of badger along the Huntingclan borders. He wants us to check up on that and report back to him.", she informed her clanmates that were going on patrol w/her.

Marshstar kept watching them, wanting to see the patrol leave. His tail was waving impatiently, he had been leader for only 2 moons

"Okay." Nightbreeze meowed, twitching her ears impatiently. "Let's go!"

Spadehell padded out of the warrior's den,being as grumpy as always."I'd rather go alone.."He muttered to himself as he padded to the two cats."Lets go.."The warrior mewed,being kind of pissed to go with them on patrol.He didn't have anything against them,he just doesn't feel good in the group.
Heartsky padded out of the den and saw the patrol.She rushed over to them."Hey!I just sorted my herbs and noticed that i dont have any lavender and feverfew left.Could you collect some for me while patroling?"Heartsky asked,the green eyes of her were shining in the weak light of dawn."Lavender grows near the huntinclan's border and fewerfew grows abit over scarclans border though.."She muttered the last sentence,looking worried."As a medicine cat it would be no problem for me to cross but.."Heartsky didn't finish her sentence,though everycat probably knew what she meant.
