    nightherb sighed. " you have to go after her. she's in the forest. alone. looking for a cat. what if a strange loner gets her? " he asked.

    Icestar leaped down from HighRock. "I expect patrols to be in order by sunrise." He then went to his den and fell asleep.


    Mossheart yawned, and went into the warriors' den. She curled up in her nest and quickly fell asleep.

    snowkit ran and ran, and ran, and ran. until she bumped into a loner. " oh. i'm sorry " she squeaked. she noticed the loner was a female. a white female. " mummy? " she giggled. the loner looked at her. confused.

    nightherb sighed at the tom. " fine then! ill go after her! because i actually care for her. unlike you. you obviously don't! " he hissed as he stomped into the forest. snowkit smiled at the she-cat. " mum! " she squeaked as she cuddled up to the she-cat. but the cat flicked her away, hissing violently at her. " what? " she asked. her eyes wide. the cat hissed again, and clawed at snowkit.

    Rushpaw sighed. Of course he cared for the little kit, but she was cranky with him. There was no way she was going to listen.

    nightherb nodded to rippelt. " thanks. " he smiled. he then heard snowkit's screams. " SNOWKIT " nightherb yelled, and broke into a fast run. then saw the small kit with a loner. " SNOWKIT! " he cried as he saw the hurt kit. the loner's eyes widened. and then she ran away. snowkit cried. " rushpaw was right. " she cried. " no one wants me " she yelled
