    Name: Pinefrost
    Gender: Tom
    Position: Medicine Cat
    Looks: Built like an athletic warrior, Pinefrost is a large broad-shouldered tom. His pelt is that of an average dark tabby; he has prominent black stripes overlapping hazel-brown fur. White socks merge across his chest and end in a small dapple of cream-colored fur under his chin. His tail is a ropy affair, bent awkwardly at its white tip from a former break. A torn right ear and scars along his underbelly also serve to mark him as a cat who is no stranger to combat. Pinefrost's angular face is accentuated by intelligent yellow eyes, liquid emerald at the center just around the iris. Since becoming the medicine cat of his clan, the former muscles along his shoulder blades and flank have given way to sharper angles. The over-all effect of his appearance is one suited to the natural camouflage of the tundra during the warmer months.
    Personality: Pinefrost has undergone a fair degree of change in his life and this is reflected in his personality. When he first became a warrior he was ambitious, prideful, and quarrelsome to a fault. Experience only further saturated his ego, inflating his arrogance. By the time he was accepted as the former medicine cat's apprentice, he had at last begun to glean some wisdom. Pinefrost became exhausted by what he believed to be ceaseless, pointless fighting, although he kept a level of arrogance when he stopped being a warrior. His second apprenticeship opened his eyes to his youthful foolishness and he learned many lessons in both responsibility and the worth of every member of the clan. He withdrew from his former friendships with his warrior comrades, becoming more reserved. What little he spoke of had only to do with practical use.
    As his clan's medicine cat, Pinefrost keeps his qualms with StarClan, and the majority of his private thoughts to himself. He seeks to aid and to serve his clan, although he has never truly banished his foul temper.
