I pant heavily and shake my head at her. "How.....how are y...you doing this....," I gasped, hardly being able to speak, but a huge smile was plastered across my cheeks.

"I don't know." I reply back to him honestly. I guess being a fallen angel meant I had incredible endurance. And that was good. I think.

I finally had to slow down before my lungs busted and shook my head. "I've never lost a race before," I admitted to her.

"Well I guess you have now." I say to him quietly as I slow and stop next to him.

I laughed and shover her lightly in a playful manor. "Your fast, like really fast. How do you do that?" I asked.

I laughed with him and then shrugged. "I guess I have some endurance." I say lightly.

I laughed and draped an arm around her shoulder without really realizing what I was doing. "I'll say," I said, plastering a grin on my face.

I smiled at him and nodded. "Lunch is after this right?" I ask.

I grinned. "Yup! And thankfully, I think I just ran off all the energy I have," I said with a laugh.

I smile at him and nod. "I agree."

"What?" I protested. "You didn't even brake a sweat. I'm sure you have all the energy you need," I said, laughing.

"So what. That was a lot of running to do." I say back to him with a smirk and then look at the coach as he says class is over for the day.

"Yay! Food," I shout and jog into the locker rooms to get undressed.

I walk back to the locker room a bit slow and then find my clothes in the locker. I change quickly and still hear the snide comments and snickers.

I dress quickly and then walk back into the gym, waiting for Lily and the bell.

I walk out of the gym and see him and smile.

I grin back and walk over to her, stopping just as the bell rings. "Come on. We better get there fast if we want a good place in line," I told her and took her hand, hauling her towards the lunch room.

I smile as he takes my hand and we head off to the lunchroom.

I lead her through the line and grab my usual; pizza and chocolate milk.

I don't take anything but a water bottle.
