  • Cloud closed his eyes for a moment and saw a flash.

His people, screaming and yelling, trying to save eachother, his little girl, Suzy, falling down in tears, trying to pull him to take him with them. He remembered how sad the father looked as he pulled his daughter away and left Cloud under the failing table. He dug for a grip on something, grief wrenching at his heart, knowing he would just hold back his family if he tried to go with them. He heard a crack! and darted out from under the table, scampering across the wood floor. He let out a whimper and scuttled over to the front door of the apartment. He tried to push it open with his nose and scrambled back in utter surprise as it came crashing down. He shot through it, tears sparkling through his eyes. His 2 month old body was not used to these horrid conditions as ash swept over him and he shut his eyes fearfully..

Cloud shook his head, having whined throughout the whole flashback, now silenced himself. He sighed achingly and forced himself to relax throughout the situation.

  • Just merely hearing Maverick's question inside of the store, Bonnie called back fiercely. "Intruder!" Turning again to face the snow white husky, the black mutt waited for an answer.

  • Alex was startled awake. "W-w-what's happening?" she stuttered. Her tiny body shook. Alex started to see flashbacks of what happened before.

The ground was shaking and the little pup could barley stay up. Her parents were runnng, calling for their daughter, until a car whizzed by, taking their lives. Tears streamed down Alex's face as she called for them. She expected them to come running back for her, but they never did. Her owner, Georgia ran into a nearby car, taking one last glance at Alex. The red car sped away, crashing into another car.

Her family was no more, and the pack was the closest that she would ever get as family. Stay strong, she thought to herself as her tears splashed on the white tile. "Did something happen?" she asked.

  • "Intruder?" Mav asked with a growl. And he had thought in the alpha's absence, things would go smoothly. So much for that, although he supposed it was just their luck. He stood erect beside Bonnie, ears perked forward, listening to see if there was more than one, and if so trying to locate their whereabouts.

  • Cloud pricked his ears, being a sharp listener and heard drops of water hitting tile. He turned and saw a Border Collie pup, and saw dark stains that blended in with a lighter shade of white and black. He glanced away, shy of meeting her gaze, not wanting to be caught staring. He stared at his fluffy white paws, almost like snow curling out of his paws, with the expectation of it being warm and cozy.

  • Sasha whimpered "W...what i am not a intruder, I'm lost i moved here only a couple of sunrise ago"! Sash flopped her ears, with tail between her legs. She coughed, she had been outside to long "Please let me in".Sasha tried hard not to show her fear, but with how she acted and the thick smell of fear she had no chance.Sasha coughed again, she could run with a very big chance of suffocating or beg the Alpha to let her in still having a chance to be killed, but not as much as suffocating.

  • Bonnie snorted, observing the husky. She than barked to Maverick. "Should we let her in? She claims to have moved here days ago... But dogs can be tricky fellows. Especially rouges." The black canine narrowed her eyes as she said the words.

  • Cloud sat up, glancing over, narrowing his eyes. He had never seen any other dogs besides the dogs that lived with him here. He padded over, white coat bright against the stone. He padded over, soft hanging ears pricked slightly.

  • "Please...please let me in!"She coughed again, she turned to Bonnie again with begging eyes.Sasha turned to see Cloud and tilted her head wondering if this was a pack of dogs. She once again stayed in her spot,if she was going to die,she was going to die here. She back up only,2 inches away, but running away that was not a option.

  • "Not going to happen. Not until the alphas return." Bonnie growled. Seeing something approaching from the corner of her eye, Bonnie snarled and snapped her jaws just inches from Cloud's maw. "Back up." She hissed.

  • Cloud glared up at her with dark almost black eyes. He met her stare, not tensing for a moment. "Why can't I look?" He growled back with the same defiant tone, matching her snarl for snarl.

  • Sasha eye widen as she saw Bonnie snap at Cloud. She looked at Cloud with eyes and expression that said "Listen to what she says, for your own sake"."What Alpha's, is this a pack?"Sasha whispered loud enough to hear, she looked at Bonnie and she narrowed her eyes.

  • "Because. You're on my territory, scrap. I suggest you leave." Bonnie met the young dog's defiant glare, amazed that the tiny poodle like canine would challenge her. Turning back to Sasha, Bonnie answered. "Indeed. I am the Beta female, therefore it is my job to keep you homeless mutts out of here when the alphas are away."

  • "I have heard pack like this when i was in Alaska, about powerful and graceful wolves that hunt together and protect each other. Is this pack like the one`s in Alaska"!Sasha knew that was a dumb question, but she didn't care.Sasha howled like the wolves, she looked like the wolves and she was the closes breed to the wolves, but she felt like she was barely a wolf.

  • Bonnie raised a brow. "I suppose...but we are not wolves. Only one amongst us is a wolf and it will be rare to see any more. Luckily, most of the dogs in this pack are not altered, therefore we may be able to increase the population...but food is scarce and any newborn pups would most likely die within the first week of birth.." A pang of sadness swept into Bonnie's eyes as she thought about her dwindling future with Maverick.

  • "Oh that's just great, I live here and now you want me to leave, and speaking of pups dying.." He snapped back, plopping himself down. He met Sasha's stare with a fair even gaze, feeling he knew what he was doing.

  • Mav kept his eyes shut in thought, as they continued to speak. He felt bad, about everything. They couldn't let a dog in, but they couldn't just let it die, either. With a sigh, the shepherd look to Sasha. "If I have any say in the matter, I suggest we allow her inside so she does not die, but keep her near the door so that when they alpha's return they may decide what to do."

  • "Who is the wolf,do you have a complete ranking,do you howl, what food do you eat,is there any pups?"Sasha had so many many question when she realized that the only way to survive is to join them.Sasha stopped talking and then stood up ears up,chin high, and tail up in the air "may i join?"Sasha knew that it was unlikely for them to accept me ,but she rather try with a low chance, then to not ask and die. Sasha was not sure, but she wasn't going to show it.

  • Choice smiled slightly and then stopped when Chance stopped, hearing the howl from far off. A low growl threatened to eascape her thought but she pushed it back and kept walking. "Thank you, anyway" she said

Ooc: Sorry about the short post, I had nothing to work with....LOL

(OOC; Jeez, I didn't expect you guys to be so active. <3

(IC; Chance was wondering where food even was. It had been nearly a whole day since they left, and it was beginning to become dark. He could see better in the darkness, but he was afraid he would get lost. He was also wondering how the pack was doing, and was worried about them as well. "It's nearly dark." His eyes drifted over to the sunset. How would they manage to get home? Would they find bodies? Would there be intruders? He almost whined. He was anxious to get back to his pack, to check up on them.

  • Now Cloud headed over to where he had last sat, knowing he was able to answer most of the questions, but not her last. He sat down, curled fluffy pom-like tail rolling to lap over his small white hind-paw.
