  • Chance nodded to Choice. He walked over to the metal and glass doors, and peered up at the sky. It was a dark grey, indicating more snowfall. The snow that was already on the ground was a greyish color, instead of the sparkling white it normally was. He nudged the door open, and walked outside. He felt his chest freeze as he went outside; it must have been 10 degrees out there. "Come on, then." He said, and began to walk, leaving paw prints in the deep snow.

  • OOC. Just saying, 10 degrees is really warm ;)

IC. Mystik sat down, her ears swiveled towards the doors as her Alphas padded outside. She sniffed the air at the smell of outside, but resisted to go out. She missed the cold north, and although it was a hard life style, she liked challenges, and living up in Yukon was a huge challenge every day.

  • ~Ten degrees is not warm... it's like.. really cold... :s 10 degrees F is like -12.2 Celsius.. if that's what you go by..~

Maverick nodded to the alpha's. "Yeah.. we'll take care of it." he said. "And uhm, be careful.. I uh, don't want to lose you." he added, moving toward Bonnie. He pushed his nose into her fur, blinking a few times. "You wanna go lie down..?"

  • OOC. No, I'm not American, I'm Canadian. And where I live it's like -20 degrees on average in the winter. In the summer it's like 15-20 degrees average. So to me 1o degrees is not cold at all. ;)

IC. Mystik decided to lay down near a wall at one end of the pet store, she needed rest after her injury she had gotten by coming here got infected. She didn't close her eyes though, she still wanted to see what was going on around the pet store.

  • Bonnie nodded at Maverick's question and slowly set off for the bed aisle once more. Glancing around at the various types of beds, she finally found her plaid printed one and collapsed inside of it, feeling suddenly exhausted. Looking up at Maverick, Bonnie invited him to rest beside her. Her bed was one of the largest, obviously for a larger dog, but she chose it due to its comfiness.

  • The shepherd padded slowly over to the bed, and sat down beside it, sniffing at Bonnie. "Choice is right.. we do all need each other." he muttered simply. Mav knew that she probably knew everything he was going to tell her, but sometimes you need a reminder. She had always been there for him when he had needed reminders, and now he could return the favor. "We can fight and die.. or unite and survive."

The shepherd growled at himself. He'd never really been good at this whole comforting business. "I'd rather survive." he finished, hoping that what he had said accomplished something other than wasting his breath and making a fool of himself.

  • Bonnie watched her mate with understanding. She sensed his doubt for his own words, but didn't mind. "I know, but Chance was making me so mad! I couldn't even have a bite of dog food while he caught an entire rat for himself." The female hissed the words, still audible but not loud enough for the pack to hear..only Maverick. "I want to survive as well, but I'm not going to do so with a stingy alpha."

  • Maverick nodded, lying down beside Bonnie. "Me either. I'll give them a few more chances.." he laughed a bit at the irony of the word choice and said dogs name, "but if they continue to be that way.. we'll have to do something." he said softly, whispering the words into her ear. "We won't survive if we eat it all to fast.. but on the flip side we won't survive if we cannot eat, either.."

  • Choice flicked her ears, and followed, watching his paw prints form in the ice fluff. She felt sad for some reason, and sick, as worry for her pack clawed at her belly already. She walked faster and leaned on Chance "Thanks for coming with me..." she said softly. "I would probably not have been able to leave..." she choked off as she admitted her own weakness. She closed her eyes, letting Chance guide her.

  • Bonnie nodded, feeling guilty for eating the dog food. How much did she eat? The mutt did zone out while she was chewing, what if what if she really did enough for a food dish but didn't notice? Sighing, she rested her head on the edge of the bed, content to have Maverick by her side and the alphas away for a bit.

  • Mav wanted to close his eyes, but forced them to stay open. He had to keep watch, for anything. The shepherd was sure that it would be fine if he did sleep, but.. Well, he was glad anyway to have Bonnie. He pushed his body closer and sighed, looking toward the stores entrance and hoping that the alphas would be okay.

  • (Sorry i have not posted)

Sasha a cool under pressure, street wise, dog with beautiful white fur when groomed and a rich collar.Had had gotten sick the pass hour was not going to let it show. She got up and walked around her claws and teeth ready for any threat. As she was walking she saw a old house her and her owner lived in after the owner retired from sledding.Sasha howled in sadness of remembering the sight of her owner dead in a car crash.

  • Bonnie perked her cropped auricles, hearing the faint howl of a canine outside. Baring her fangs, the black mutt stood and slowly approached the clear doors of the Petco, peering beyond. She could see nothing, only the snowy blizzard and a trail of paw prints from her alphas that faded into the emptiness. With paws itching to push her way outside and investigate, Bonnie stayed put. The enemy dog wouldn't even be able to pull the doors open to get inside. Instead of taking pursuit on the abandoned world, the beta female just stared with sickly auburn irises.

  • (OOC; Sorry I didn't post! My uncle got home from Camp Pendleton. (He's a marine and I was excited to see him. xD)

IC; "I would never have let you go alone; you would easily be killed if you went by yourself." He walked on, his paws sinking deep into the gray-tinged snow. He heard a howl from far off, and he stopped walking. Then he realized that the dog or wolf were miles and miles away, and he kept walking with Choice by his side.

  • Choice smiled slightly and then stopped when Chance stopped, hearing the howl from far off. A low growl threatened to eascape her thought but she pushed it back and kept walking. "Thank you, anyway" she said

Ooc: Sorry about the short post, I had nothing to work with....LOL

  • Sasha ducked her head when she realized that many of dog might have heard her and thought she some wolf because of her breed. She ran from the spot, thump.she bumped into Bonnie "Sorry" she whimpered.

  • {ooc;; Bonnie is inside of the Petco.

{ic;; As Bonnie spotted Sasha approaching the territory, a snarl ripped from her throat. In defensive of the pack, the black mutt pushed her way outside and stood, face to face with the trespasser. "State your buisness." She growled, cropped ears pinned back and tail rose in dominance.

  • Cloud gazed at a darkened wall, his white fur long and carefully looked after. Cloud must have been the only dog that looked after himself, well no, pup that looked after himself. He laid down, smooth strong clouds in the sky arching over his small figure as shoulders. He pointed his black nose and equally as dark eyes at the ground, resting his head in his paws.

(Picture of him right now, just to get an image of him:

  • Maverick sighed and watched Bonnie move away. He was alone now. He rested his head, but then heard a growl. Wondering what was going on he stood up and went to the door. "What is it?" he asked
