The five moon old kitten glared at the reindeer, baring tiny sharp teeth.

Cloverbreeze stroked the apprentice lightly with her tail to calm her. "Don't make to much noise. Someone could find us, and I'd rather that not happen." She whispered with a strange accent that was still understandable. "I will care for you, just be quiet and you'll be fine." I hope...

I'd rather not get discovered...once again." She stared into space. "My mother abandoned me and left me to die...I don't want that to happen to anyone..."

Sighing, Cloverbreeze drew her tail over the apprentice, in gratitude this time. "Sleep now, you will need your strength back quickly in you are to return to your clan in good time." She bowed her head and covered the apprentice, shielding her from cold.

ic: Cloverbreeze jumped up and gasped with the sudden contact. She noticed that it was just a queen and her kit and relaxed. "Well, hi, I'm Cloverbreeze. In my opinion, it's not a very good idea to be walking around at the moment. There are huge deer everywhere that could kill a cat in a single step easily." She said, taking slow steps away, scenting the air, already looking for prey. "But, um, I really got to go hunt for my uh...Apprentice. She's hurt. Badly. I've got to go." Cloverbreeze flashed a sympathetic glance at the mother, almost wishing she could stay longer, but quickly disappeared into the undergrowth.
