Bundled up in a warm, black winter coat, Kaden walked down the snow covered street. It was late afternoon, roughly four at the lastet, and still snowing as heavily as that morning. It was the snow season, after all. It was a few days until the new year and it was still as cold as the day it turned winter. The seventeen year old male glanced over his shoulder, his newly cut yellow-ish gold hair falling into his eyes a bit, as he heard the footsteps of another.
&& and then the flames faded away with the time left in our lives. (p-lillipup)

The footsteps were of a 16 year-old girl, hidden by a large winter hoodie that rested over her head. She seemed to be in a hurry, her long brown hair whipping against her face as she jogged, face staring at the ground in an attempt to use her hood to block the snow from her face. Looking up, the young teen gasped as she slipped on the icey ground, trying to stop before falling on her rump. She shook her head, a little dizzy.
"Sorry..." She murmured. "I didn't see you. I didn't hit you did I? I tried to stop..." The girl explained quickly, awkwardly getting to her feet but just slipping again. This time, however, she caught herself. "I'm Lacy. Have I seen you before? Maybe at school?"
-
Kaden smiled a bit, his light green eyes amused, as he watched her, "I'm Kaden... and you probably haven't. I just moved here with my Aunt,"
-
"Funny. You look just like one of my classmates." Lacy laughed softly. "Well nice to meet you. Cold day isn't it? The snow is so pretty though!"She commented, looking up for just a moment, before looking back down as she flinched when a soft, yet freezing bit of ice landed on her face.
-
Kaden, shifting slightly, then ran his fingers through his hair, "I'm not used to the cold," he said with a small, gentle sigh, "I'm from Tucson, Arizona,"
-
Lacy tilted her head slightly, a curious look in her eyes. "Really? Cool. I'm from the north, all the way from Washington State, so I'm used to cold like this." She replied cooly. "Of course when you've stood in snow this long it can make anyone cold. Why don't we stand over there, where the hanger blocks the snow?" Lacy suggested, pointing towards a nearby coffee shop. The shop itself had one of those decorative curtain hangers over the entrance, and the ground underneath it seemed awkwardly cut off from the rest of the ground, not covered by snow. However it was still wet from cold winds possibly blowing some of the snow under it, then melting and causing little puddles.

>> mehh... ;___; I don't have enough muse to reply to this...

Ooc: Uh okay? o3o;
Did I do something wrong?
-
>> No, no... you did nothing wrong. ^^""
I'm just not... I don't know how to put this... ;n; I guess I just don't have the urge to reply to this or the need too. It's not your fault, nor is it anyone's really, I'm just falling out of love with roleplaying and am considering leaving the site for a while. I'm very, very sorry for the inconvenience, Lilli, and I'll try to get the motivation to reply to this as soon as I can. <//3 -
ooc: Oh it's quite alright. Take your time! I've had that feeling before, so I understand completely.
You just need a break, that's all x3
