    Hey I'm new to this site, i was wondering if the char. Has to be a cat? Also if not. Any open stories?

    So I've been looking around and I noticed some of these posts are short. And really direct. Is that a rule? I am a novice writer and am a member at a totatlly different (genre wise) so I wan't to get these new rules internalized. I read the rules and read me, etc but this fact wasn't adressed. Also how much control of other RP chars do we have?

    No, it wouldn't. You can only post about your own character, not someone else's. However, if that person allows you to RP their character for that post, then yeah, that would be allowed.

    Q: Can I play an HP like a leader or medicine cat?
    A: The answer depends on where you want to do so. Any of the HP positions on the main board are usually taken, and if not the people in charge of the clan\tribe will chose the next position usually in character. You can, however, RP a HP in the Fanclans if you sign up for one and the owner of it accepts you.
    You can even make your own Fanclan and make your own HP. So be careful and have fun!


    Q: How do you make your title for your profile from something like "pirate hunter" to a clan\tribe?
    A: go to forum profile --> Modify my profile --> group membership
    There should be a list of clans\tribes you can choose from there.


    Q: I had my advanced bio approved, but how am I accepted into the boards?
    A: After a staff member has accepted your first advanced bio, you have to get enabled Here.
    Just post the link to your advanced bio and ask to be enabled and they will get to you as quick as they can.


    Q: How can I become a staff member?
    A: There is no sure way to become a member of the staff and no one is entitled to the position unless it is offered to them. But you can keep in mind people are chosen as staff because they:
    Are friendly and helpful to all members, they are at least semi-advanced and literate, and know how to fix problems in a rational way. Making a tiny mistake and getting reported usually does not decrease your chances if it is not a major rule break. For more information, read Sparaka's reminder on this topic here
