Solarpelt set his fresh kill between his paws.
"Dearly sorry. I was just out here looking for the missing kit. The clan is devastated. I even got this nice hare for her. Have you seen her?"
Yes, I'm in SnowClan, but... Not really... (RPG, Open to All)

Moonkit's eyes widened in fear. Not tempted by the thought of facing the bitter warrior a second time, she ducked into a crest of pine needles on her branch, hoping her white fur resembled a pad of snow. As she helplessly watched the scene unfold below her, she dwelled over what the cat had said. The clan was devastated? Lies, she thought to herself. It had taken her days just to pry out of the older kits the name her mother had mumbled, teetering on the brink of death, in the midst of kitting as Moonkit emerged. Naming her proved the last thing she ever did.

Badgerpaw ran silently through the snow hardly making a sound as she pursued a rabbit then she made a last and swift stride and got it her teeth sinking into the warm flesh of her kill she walked to a rock and layed it down she then torn into it and ate when she was done she scented the air some of her clanmates were here she looked around and crept up behind a bush and saw a small white kit with one or two warriors she could not tell for she would give away her hiding spot.
-
Misttail sheathed her claws and calmed down. "Uh no? I mean, no I haven 't" she stammered, flicking her tail behind herself to Moonkit .
-
"Thank you for the help." He responded, picking up the prey and trotting off into the woods.
-
Misttail nodded stifly, then as soon as he dissapeared from veiw, she relaxed. Misttail stood still for a moment, then turned around to Moonkit. She looked up t where she was, then whipered, "You can come don now. If you need help I can catch you".
-
Moonkit half jumped, half fell out of the tree, landing next to Misttail, her limbs stiff with adrenaline brought on my fear. She rose to her feet, shaking a little. "Okay," she said behind bated breath.
-
Misttail looked worriedly out at h falling snow, then shook herself. "I caught you a mouse, if youre hungry. After we eat we need to get moving. Snowclan might becoming to look fo me soon" she mewed softly.
-
Moonkit nodded. "Thank you," she mewed, and began to consume her share of the mouse. When she finished, something that had been eating away at her conscience broke free, exiting her head through her mouth. "Misttail," she said tentatively. "Are we rogues?"
-
Misttail felt her chest tighten at Moonkit's words. If it had been any other warrior who had asked her that, she would have torn them to shreds. But this was a kit, probably almost a apprentice, who didn't know any better. She swallowed and shook her head. "Well......"she trailed off. "If any cat asked you, say you're in Snowclan. Unless I'm with you, always say that, okay?" she mewed firmly, but a trace if softness in her voice.
-
There was a rustle in the bushes, and out leaped a dark colored Tom. He growled at Moonkit with an evil smirk. There was another rustle in the bush, and Solarpelt leaped on the Tom. The two of them, both Snowclan, and writhed around on the ground, locked in battle. After a few minutes, Solarpelt stood up, facing the Tom, both covered in scars, but Solarpelt obviously was weaker. He had a long scar bleeding, from one ear tip, over his eye, and to his chin, and yet he stood. He hissed weakly, and threw himself on the Tom. It was over soon. The two cats clasped, both looking dead. Solarpelt started getting up, looking over the motionless Tom.
"Tigerthorn. *sigh* Why did you listen to him." He whispered half to himself, and walked away, dragging the body. He looked back at the two cats, and smiled.(Sorry novel post)
-
Moonkit froze, staring at the scene of carnage that had unfolded right in front of her. Blood stained the snow an angry scarlet. As Solarpelt dragged the carcass away, a grove formed in the snow, smeared with red. Moonkit's heart pounded as she let out a small squeak of shock. Her brain tried to form words, but her lips wouldn't cooperate.
-
Misttail stood still, loking at the horror of it all. Solarpelt was her old friend, and she was sad to see him gone, especially to a battle with his own clanmate. She coughed and sat down, then immediatly stood back up. If any more cats were nearer, they might find her and Moonkit. She started trotting in the opposite direction, but paused to call to Moonkit. When she realized that the scene must have frightened her and clouded her mind, maybe even her body, she ran back and picked up the kit by her scruff, then started running, her senses even sharper and alert now.
-
As Moonkit bobbed between Misttail's jaws, her mind incessantly wandered to the carnage she had witnessed. She had barely known either of the cats, and she had seen and felt pain and suffering. But never had she seen another cat die by the claw of another. A single tear escaped her eye before she forced herself to stop. Suddenly thankful that she was alive, she purred to Misttail.

IC;; Runningpaw limped along, cobwebs wrapped around her left foreleg and stretched across her forehead and nose. Her dandelion yellow eyes drooped from lack of sleep, and her tail dragged along behind her in the earth. After a few moments, the young, former apprentice scented two cats up ahead. Unsure if she would have to defend herself or not, Runningpaw stopped and slid her claws out, her tired gaze fixed on the two cats ahead. She was so sore that she knew she might be easy prey, but she wasn't about to let that weigh her down. Even though the two cats seemed harmless, the she-cat felt defensive, mostly because she wasn't in her right mind, partially because she was slightly drunk off fatigue, and partly because it was an instinct. A weak, tucked away one, but still an instinct.

And okie. Thanks(:♫♯♪♭♬♮♩

Misttail ran faster, but her ears slid backwards. She tried to shake off the feeling they were being watched, but couldn't. She let out a growl from behind Moonkit and slowed to a stop. She crouched down, but still held Moonkit high enough so her body didn't catch on the ground if they need to run.
-
Moonkit peered around as much as she could while being carried. Something moved in the corner of her vision, obscured by something white. She focused on it, and saw what appeared to be apprentice, bound in cobwebs. Moonkit let out a small gasp of surprise.
-
Misttail squeezed Moonkit's scruff a little harder;so she hopefully would get the point not to make noise. Misttail followed her gaze and set her down underneath her belly, crouching low as she had done with the the dog attack. Misttail looked around viciously, gaurding the kit.
-
Moonkit shook a little as Misttail lowered her beneath her belly, but remained dead silent. Her thoughts returned to the dog attack, when Misttail had charged into the heart of danger and walked away unscathed, and she relaxed a little. Misttail was the best fighter she knew, and if she could take on a dog, a cat would be no problem. But was this cat a threat? Moonkit pondered this as Misttail scanned for danger.
