Kittypet named Muffin wants to learn the ways of a warrior

    Muffin stared out the window of her stuffed up kittypet apartment."I'm tired of this."Muffin growled angrily."What was that Muffin?" said a black cat named Bear."I'm leaving i wanna explore even join a... you know..."muffin said shyly."A Clan..."Bear said interuppting her with hurt in his eyes. Muffin couldn't bear to look at him."Couldn't you go with me?"She asked sweetly.Bear looked at her with his narrowed green eyes,"You know i cant do that and abandon this lady whose given us a home, fed us, looked after us..."Muffin interupted,"But she's trapped us here i wanna be free..." She licked him gingerly on the head shedding a tear and jumped off the fence into the forest not looking back. :'(

    A black she-cat picked up on the scent of a kittypet heading into the forest. Her blue eyes flashed. So as not to alert her patrol, she slipped off into the trees as quiet as possible. "Who's there? You're on DeerClan territory!" She called with just a hint of a snarl.

    Winterclaw was in a tree. she was going to back up the black she-cat if things got to dangerous. Winterclaw knew the she-cat could fight 5 or more cats at once, but just in case this kittypet had something up its fur...

    Darkjay knew that Winterclaw was behind her, but she didn't think that this kittypet was dangerous. She had fluffy fur that was glossier than a fish-eater's, and she was almost fat on kittypet food. She flicked her tail to signal to Winterclaw to stay hidden.

    Winterclaw saw the flicker and went to go patrol from the tree tops. Watching for Owls or foxes. A nice owl would sound good for those 2 sick apprentices. She went to go look for a juicy owl.

    Darkjay heard Winterclaw leap away into the trees and tensed up, sliding out her claws. Her friend was distracted again....

    She landed on a thick branch and layed her belly to the wood. she listened carefully. since she couldn't smell her other senses were way better. She heard the 'who' and took off after the owl.

    "Uh...Hello..."Muffin said cautiously. Muffin flicked her head back and forth then suddenly whisked down into the woods not looking back and heartpounding she broke into large barrier and saw a mass land of cats she stared in awe. :o

    Darkjay raced after the young cat. DeerClan could get aggresive to strangers, and though she was trespassing, Darkjay didn't want to see any cat torn to shreds by her own Clan. "Stop." She meowed loudly.

    Winterclaw saw a flash and looked down an owl just got its mouse and was about to take off. Not on my watch... Winterclaw jumped on the owl and with a shriek and a quick bite of the neck the owl was dead in seconds. She smeeled a strange new scent and dragged the owl and mouse back to the camp. "hey guths lookth wat I gots. A bigth juisy owl!" she spat her prey out and saw the cats staring at something." What are you guys looking at?" she said as she looked in that direction. A big, fluffy, glossy kittypet was at the edge of the camp. Winterclaw eyes widened. "What are you doing here? what do you want?", she asked.

    Darkjay flicked her tail to Winterclaw. "I've just caught a kittypet wandering around on our territory. What shall we do?" She said loudly to every cat. As DeerClan deputy, Darkjay personally wanted to maybe...train the kittypet? But knew that her leader Fernstar wouldn't allow it unless the kittypet was exceptionally skilled.

    OOC: will one of us play fernstar?


    IC: Winterclaw glanced at the kittypet. She was a litte chubby which woulb be really hard tocrawl around and pounce. Her fur might get caught on brambles and thorns. Nothing they could do about that. but Daisymeadow also has fluffy fur and she hardly gets brambles and thorns. She heard about one of the apprentices dying from the greencough. They might need her. "I say we help her train. We need many cats right now and Leaf-Bare is coming. and I don't think Riverclan is happy with us right now..."

    OOC: Ok by the way i love your eevee kitty! too cute! ??? ??? :-* :-*


    IC: Fernstar came out of her den and mewed," What is going on here?" Winterclaw rushed to her and said," A kittypet wants to join. well Darkjay thought of it and acknoledged it. Can she stay?" Fernstar looked at the kittypet with her glossy fur. She nodded," She can stay.," Fernstar said," but you and Darkjay get to train her. Make her the best warrior we have. Training starts tomorrow. Today, show her around the camp and territory." Fernstar went back to her den.

    Darkjay nodded. "Okay, Winterclaw. I think that we should take her around the territory first- make sure she's fit enough to be an apprentice. Even I walked around the territory on my first day as an apprentice, and we all know that I must've been the smallest kit ever. I was barely the size of a rabbit!" She joked. Turning to Fernstar, she added "We'll do our best." and then "What's your name, kittypet? You'll need an apprentice name, obviously. But we want to make it YOUR name too."

    OOC: Sure just jump in any where!


    IC: Winterclaw nodded in agreement. "Maybe if you get lucky enough, you can catch your first prey!"

    Darkjay sat down. Her eyes scanned the scene. Cats of all ages were milling about, anxious to see how the kittypet-apprentice would do.

    IC: Dappletail padded out of the warrior's den and her eyes widened with shock once she saw Muffin "Thats a KITTYPET!!!"she spat
