    Whitebird's yowl made Victorias closed eyes fly open and snap her from her fantasy reverie. She had sung her song with her eyes closed. Emotion flowed through her and her eyes were somewhat dim and dull. They brightened again, remembering the sweet songs that the humans in Italy would sing around Christams time. It filled her with joy.
