  • "Sooo wat, Aaron?" said Carrie, grinning at her achievment of chasing Selena away. 'That much closer to him being mine.' she thought to herself.

  • Carrie went to class and sat down by her friends. Selena on the other hand was in the back alone. She was still trying to figure out why Carrie wanted to make her life living hell.

  • Aaron walked into class, sitting in the seat his friends saved for him. They talked about sports and other stuf, untill class had begun.

  • Selena knew the lesson well, so she didn't reallly pay much attention. She was a straight A student. When the teacher saw her not paying attention, she asked a question about some of the content of the lesson she hadn't gone over. Automatically, Selena answered it. She felt like a freak afterwards and Carrie started to snicker at her. She glanced over to Aaron and then back at the teacher, who just turned around and continued the lesson.

  • Aaron did his best to pay attention, but secretly wrote a little note: Party at my place tonight. Parents are in another contry for a few weeks. He handed it off to his friends, who knew who to pass it to for him. But they were wrong. The note was given to Carrie, who is friends thought was his girl. Aaron really wanted it to go to Selena.

  • Carrie read the note and smiled at him. Selena looked away and waited for the bell to ring

  • Aaron didn't notice untill out of the corner of his eye he saw the note in Carrie's hand. He looked up at the clock, and Ring. The bell went off.

  • Aaron's friends left, while he went over to CArrie. He thought, well, I can't tell her not to come, but if Selena comes, she'll be embarrased by her. This is for her own good.

  • "Of course. It's a party, at your house, why would I pass up that opportunity?" she asked smiling.

  • He shrugged. "Well, some girls are those type who are extra careful about going to a guy's house for a party."

  • She smiled and walked off. Selena was still at her locker trying to compose herself. She felt a few more tears go down her cheeks as she had listened to Carrie and Aaron. She started to wipe the tears away just as she heard people snicker beside her. Some of the popular crowd had seen the tears and, being friends of Carrie's, took the chance to embarass her. "Aww! Look at the poor thing! Crying like a loser! Wonder what she's crying about? Maybe it's because she knows she's a freak!" some of them yelled.

  • Aron whipped around and said, "Who died and made you all in charge, eh? Just leave her alone, she's cool." He stepped in front of Selena protectively, ticked off at the others.

  • Selena was grateful for him. Then Carrie came up and said, "Aaron? What are you doing? How is she cool?"

  • "Guys, just lay off okay? She's had enough of this years ago. Just think, is she really worth wasting your time bullying?" Aaron said, slightly winking at Carrie when Selena didn't see.
