    Valsh only nodded, his face red. Other than Lilli, he didn't really speak to other women. "Hello, Julchen. This is my big brother, Valsh. He saved me from the streets."

    "Did you, now?" The girl asked, turning towards the elder brother of Lilli. "Well, that's real nice. Kind of like Gilbert, but he was....a bit to enthusiastic sometimes." She smiled rather sheepishly. Gilbert would always take her and Ludwig around. She remembered him reading to her once.


    "Big bruder....I don't like this story." The little girl said in a hushed tone, looking away shyly. "Ah, come on, Julie~" He smiled. "I promise you, it's not bad. Hansel and Gretel, remember, are very sneaky."
    "B-But the mutter...she's very mean." Julchen replied. "Yeah, she was a real..." Gilbert stopped himself. "Bad lady. Yeah, a very bad lady."
    Julchen nodded lightly. "Promise?"
    "You're making me promise this? Since when do I lie to my little sister?" Gilbert grinned, lightly toussling Julchen's hair once. The girl smiled, soon afterwards falling asleep as Gilbert finished his reading.


    Julchen found out she had been zoned into memories again, and snapped herself out of it. "Anyway....I'm heading towards my next class. Have any idea where the algrbra class is?" Se then asked.

    Valsh frowned. He didnht really like being compared to Gilbert. "That's my class next. I'll take you. Me and Lilli share the same free period. Let's just go." He strode passed Julchen, not waiting for her to follow.

    Julchen nodded, but he walked by quickly and she didn't expect he'd noticed. Instead of loitering, the lissome girl trotted after him, her boots once again clicking along the flooring of the halls, in a strangely rythmic fashion, as she kept her pace. "Danke." She thanked.

    "Whatever. Not like it really matters. I'm just going to leave this school, and help Lilli get on her feet. I don't want any favors owed to me." He stopped at the classroom and went inside.


    Lilli ran to English, hoping Big Brother wasn't too harsh.


    Since Ivan skipped early, he kept himself busy by torturing Ravis and preparing his meal.

    "Leave school?" The German asked, slipping into the classroom after him. "What would you do then?"
    She found this a stupid question, instently wishing she'd said something else. Yet she had already spoken, no need to take back her question on mind. She decided to wait for an answer as she glanced around quickly for a seat.

    Katyusha smiled weakly. "Oh, thank you. I just don't want to be trouble. I'm so sorry what Natalia did to you. But she's just so scary.." She sniffed.


    Valsh hmphed, closing his eyes. "To get strong. And to show that stupid Roderich. And...." He opened his eyes, his gaze intense. "To save enough money so Lilli and I will never have to go hungry."

    "It's fine, I've been through much worse." Naomi nodded as she dusted off her sweater. "Everything's quite alright." She smiled, "Well, I must be going, I'll see you later." Naomi smiled, walking to the school doors.

    Ravis opened the door, trembling. "H-hello? Are you here for Mr. Braginski...?" he asked shyly. He blinked when Naomi was at the door. How could anyone come for Mr. Braginski?

    "Oh, hi Naomi~" Ivan loomed over Ravis, who skittered away. "We just finished preparing. I made Shchi for the first course." He turned into the kitchen, and the Latvian whispered to Naomi, "It's cabbage soup..."

    Julchen blinked, tilting her head ever so slightly. He was obviously determined to keep his place and keep his sister strong. "I see.." She replied simply, pink faded to cyan oculars strangely stirring as in mized emotions, glinting slightly. "Determined to show your bravery and your strength."

    "Yeah well, I still have a long way. Class is over." He stood up and walked out, bumping into Kiku as he did. "I aporigize," the Japanese man said, but Valsh only grunted and kept walking. Kiku looked at Julchen. "Konishiwa. I am Kiku."


    Ivan dug into his meal, pleasent as ever. He loved his cuisine. It was so good. "Miss Naomi, aren't you cold in that thin outfit," he asked. Ravis just picked his food.

    Julchen watched Valsh walk away, glancing at the Japanese man as he greeted her. "Oh...Hallo." She returned the greeting. "I'm Julchen...nice to meet you, Kiku."

    Kiku looked after the Swiss. "Who is that guy?" He's rook so pretty in a dress. Quite nice to rook at,

    Julchen motioned towards Valsh. "Him?" She asked, looking over. "Uhm....Valsh...if I am correct, Lilli's bruder."
